Julian didn't waste any second paying attention to the scenario that happened behind him. It was none of his business, it resided in the past. Shadowfallen was a forward looking person, if everything that happened, if every assassination, every murder would get stuck in his mind it would devour him from the inside. So he let the events rest in time like he did with his family, and his own past. "Come on, Carte, we have got another client..."

Before Tyson dived into the lake, he heard a loud crashing sound. He turned to see a strange light coming from the manor he passed. Confused with uncertainty Tyson thinks: 'What in the name of holiness is going on there?' Tyson thought about going there, but instead thinks: 'I'm sure the water dragon will be a huge help if I run into any monsters'. He then dives in the lake, reaching for the bottom for assistance.

"Was this my fault? Did I mess up somehow?" Carte asked.

"No, things like that even happen to professionals... the client was using us as a mere distraction, and then even avoided his payment..." Viewing the events as analytic as possible was usual for Julian.

-If the contract is ignored or broken in any way from the client's side the assassin will be allowed to take the client's death as payment.-

Shadowfallen's photographic memory recalled the sentence of the contract.

"But if we cross parts with Caius again, I will receive my payment..."

He stopped to walk and looked down.

"And that brings me to my next point...."

He wasn't used to a situation like this.

"You where very helpful and I appreciate everything you did... but i can't afford the risk taking you with me. I have just seen how dangerous it is to have a partner... This responsibility is way to much to take for me..."

The assassin opened his suitcase.

He removed the top layer and reached in to get some money.

"It seems like our paths divide from here... maybe we will met again, but for now it's best to travel alone. Forget me, through I'm just a mere assassin. You are a mage, your life is still ahead of you... you have knowledge and power... for me... my life has ended long ago... I'm just a ghost, and if I want it to stay that way I can't afford having a friend." He handed him the money, it was a high sum, like the reward for 10 high ranked assassinations.

Then the assassin started walking again, into the night... ready to take another meaningless life and turn it into money, while giving up his own existence.

Carte was stunned, as he watched Julian walk away, he clenched the money in his hands. "Seriously...?" he said. He then turned and walked away too, not sure what to do or where to go. "I guess I better go get something to eat," he decided.

As vampires and wolves seemed dead everywhere, Kojuro kicks the main Door down, seeing a fat Vampire, drinking another humans blood. "HWHAT ISH ITH YOU YANT!?" but before he finished the sentence, his sword was through the beasts belly. "You have ten seconds to tell me where the sacred Dragon is, otherwise, i'll rip you open." "HWAITH!! IFTH I DIE, THPLLEN NO ONNNNE CAN FFFPPLLLLIND THE DRAGON!!!" the fat vampire was in fear, afraid of the look inside Kojuro's eye's, and the sword inside him. One human shouted out, "OVER THE MOUNTAINS!! A FORSAKEN CITY WITHIN DARKNESS!!!" The vampire roared, but died shortly afterwords, kojuro cutting his belly open and leaving, wiping the blood from his blade. "Looks like I have a lead." As he put his cloak back on, he walked out the main building, seeing the mountains the background. He began running, swiftly moving through the crowds of people, when some vampires decided to jump out of nowhere, forcing him to draw his sword, and fight in a crowded street.

Julian stood on the Top of the building he should meet Alex.

He felt bad for Carte, but this way would be safer for the mage.

Hoping that this mission would go well he checked the stuff in his suitcase.

Then he started to laugh.

"First I stole that guy's wallet and now he's walking of with 1/4 of my money..."

The irony was obvious, but Shadowfallen calmed down quickly and waited for Alex.

When Tyson swam to the lake bottom, he sees nothing at first glance. A bit confused and annoyed he thinks: 'Come on; the water dragon has to be here.' He takes a second look around and notices a scale. He dives deeper to what seems like an ordinary platform, grabs the scale, examines it and thinks: 'This is definitely a dragon scale. A fish variation would be smaller than this.' As Tyson was moving around the 'platform', he felt a certain sensation. Tyson: 'Why does it feel like an earthquake is starting?' Suddenly, Tyson was quickly rising to the surface. Tyson: 'Great, I'm ON the dragon!!' Tyson flew a bit high in the and carefully land on his feet. He looks up and gazes in awe at the dragon while thinking: 'I found him'.

Caius staggered into the outlying forest, falling back against a tree. Despite his sudden weakness, he held the Reaver blade tight in his grip. Olivier... that bitch ruined everything. He looked down at his body, his wounds already healing. The vampire took a deep breath, clutching both his sword and another artifact in his hands. Caius held the artifact up, examining it. It was only one piece, and the damned thing wasn't even what he was looking for, but it would certainly do. Laughter began to swell up as Caius fused the artifact into the Reaver, the twisted blade resonating with a malicious aura. Things were moving forward a little faster than he had expected. He may have time for a little break, a vacation per se. And Hawaii sounded like a good place to start.

(Sorry I didn't post; I didn't have anything TO post lol)

Alexander Moon continued to stare at the moon, reminiscing about his pack.

Carte burned the last of the late-night crooks. "Will these guys never learn?" he asked himself. He turned around and walked away. He had recently taken up making the streets safer and being a mercenary too. He sighed. "Too easy..." His view of the world had developed and changed a lot since Julian had ditched him. 'I wonder what he's doing now,' Carte thought. "What I need is a job," he said, "Being a mercenary means nothing if I don't have any work."

Tyson gazed at the large dragon with an amazed look in his eyes. The water dragon, looking down on Tyson shouts: "My name is Aquator. Who is the one that disturbed my slumber?" Tyson, a little hesitant replies: "I'm sorry to wake you Aquator. My name is Tyson Lax, an honorable dragon knight who request your help."

Aquator: "A dragon knight? What makes you so different from a dragon slayer?"

Tyson: "I only take down dragons that are evil. I heard from a village you weren't."

Aquator: "That is correct. So, what does a honorable knight need my help for?"

Tyson: "To stop a rogue dragon who plans on burning the entire land, possibly the whole world."

Aquator: "I know the dragon that you speak. He is called Warcon, a dragon who went against many of our laws."

Tyson: "So you will help me?" Aquator: "Yes; I want to take down the one who gives us dragons' a bad reputation. But first.." Aquator shrinks down to a dog's size and walks near Tyson. Aquator: "I shrunk myself so that I wouldn't frighten any other humans." Tyson: "That sounds like a good idea. But before looking for Warcon, I like to take a look at a manor I passed by. I knew it would be a good idea to bring you with me just in case." Aquator: "As you wish." Tyson and Aquator start heading towards the manor.

Shadowfallen lied on the roof staring at the sky.

"Alex should arrive soon."

The assassin whispered.

Olivier peeked out from the alley, scanning the crowds. Othernaturals would be rampant at this time of day, and hopefully her mark would be as well. She had abandoned her heavy coat in the rubble of her manor; yet another piece of vampire history lost. She sighed as she pulled her lighter jacket closer, closing her eyes. If she could remember what they felt like...

He was near. Olivier's eyes shot open as the familiar feeling rushed over her. She stalked out of the alleyway, weaving through the crowd. Caius' attack had left her weakened, vulnerable even. She had to get to House Rasputin, and she needed help to do that. Olivier was closing in on her target. She could feel his heart beating in her mind, the warmth of his blood almost trickling down her throat. She really was weakened if these things were coming to mind. Finally, she found him. "Mage." Olivier almost barked. The humans around her continued about their business. at least she could still alter perception to a degree. "I mean... Carte." She took a deep breath, really unnecessary for her kind. "I need your help."
