I was thinking about birth By sleep and of Ventus when i wondered, If Ventus is the light in Sora, and Vanitas is the dark, then does that mean there was a time when Sora had neither light or darkness in his heart? that seems to contradict a lot of Kh logic, though i could always be wrong or maybe i dont understand the connection right.

 

Or, another theory, perhaps Ventus is an unbirth of Sora? I don't know much about unbirths except they're made from emotion. Ventus is kind, made from Sora's kindness?

Maybe the light in Sora's heart was born at the same time Ven came into existence?? Sora may have had light and darkness in his heart before Ven's existence but his light became brighter than the darkness and at the same time Ven may have been existing, thus maybe their light came from the same source and their hearts were in unison with the other? I am not so sure, all I can do right now is guess, but yes Ventus' heart returned to Sora and is resting inside Sora's heart and I think I remember reading subtitled dialogue in one of the BBS scenes where he returns to Sora's heart and says "This warm feeling is familiar/nostalogic" or something like that...

 

@Chosenkeyblade- Maybe Ven was not well-versed is his existence and that is why his heart returned to Sora's? Maybe Sora's existence is well-versed?

I guess its too early to know who he really is. the game hasnt even come out in the U.S yet ha

well lets look at roxas. teniclally he would be two. in But he has the apperence of a 15 year old. He phyically looks like that. because of his exsictance of his self. so,Sora,and Ven where born/creatated around the same time. Evdeince is in the first cutsence. with Ventus Awakening.

But even so, I am confused. in the Awakening, we know that the voice is Sora, but says "his newborn heart," and then at the end of the game Ventus said that "their hearts have a part that is not enough, born at the same time." First of all there is to know the time it Ventus been training with master Eraqus.

Maybe ven was inside sora before then he probably came out of sora probably because of mx cause in the begining u see mx caring. Ven then mx created vanitas from ven that was part of soras heart spoiler alert that explains why vanitas looks like sora cause vanitas is part of sora to so he looks like him but vanitas is part of ven too that's why he looks like 15 year old sora

It just doesnt seem plausible that they were just, "made from the same light" or anything like that. Its most likely that MX did something to Sora to extract Ven from his heart. We saw at the end of BBS his ability to control his heart, and as a keyblade master he probably can do things to other's hearts as well.

 

The only thing thats strange to me is how would he know Sora would become a wielder? If MX is truly this godly then its stupid to make him so weak in KhII. I feel like Nomura got lazy, and instead of creating a compeltely new character, he used his "Part of Sora(Roxas)" idea for all it was worth. He couldnt even create new character designs, he just changed clothing or hair/eye color.

The connection is originating from Ventus alright. THEN, Master Xehanort released Ventus' dark being in which he named Vanitas. After defeating Vanitas in his subconscious (aka. the Station where they battled), Vanitas either disappeared or returned to Ven's heart as he left his own body (most likely he vanished).

Ven later took shelter within Sora. Thus bringing us to KH1, when Sora used the Dark keyblade to release Kairi's heart with the ADDITION OF RELEASING VEN'S AS WELL! (This created the birth of Roxas and Ven's return to his body in the Chamber of Awakening within Castle Oblivion).

 

After restoring the worlds (yada yada yada), the Land of Departure was restored and all that (as we can see in the secret ending of BBS).

 

And another thing, Ven, Terra, Aqua, Master Eraqus, and Master Xehanort are ALL unversed. (It's been said in the subtitles of the game.) Sora's Unversed is yet to be revealed or maybe he doesn't have one...

Twilightchaser; that seems to make sense. Though you never stated exactly what Ven's connection to Sora is, or why Vanitas looks like Sora, I doubt its ONLY because hes lazy and doesnt feel like designing new characters (though I wouldn't be surprised >.>)

I don't think they are all unversed,if so they wouldn't exist as they appear in KH BBbS.

I've read somewhere that Aqua made the Chamber of Awakening in Castle Oblivion to keep Ven somewhere safe while he was asleep,and that she put CO in the ruins of Land of Departure,so if it was true,how could Land of Departure be restored?

And if Ven's hearts was released in KHI wouldn't he be awake now?If he is,where could he be?

I'm so comfused with Birth By Sleep.I'm trying to put all things into a Line but iI always have Questions for Everything

Yeah me too,I didn't get what connection it will have with future games

There are a lot of things in Birth By Sleep which I think don't connect well with the other Kh Titles, such as Xemnas not being able to wield the keyblades, Vanitas looking like sora, the mysterious dissapearance of the Unversed. Nomura should of just made new characters unstead of trying to connect everyone.
