How do the save slots work?

Okay, I was watching some english gameplay and I notice something. We have two save slots only correct? Well, when you save as Sora, you have one filled and other empty. Then when you drop as Riku and play his part, you drop again. But here's the thing, when you save again as Sora, you might see the second slot filled with Riku's side. I'm curious on this. Any thought on this?

    They guy probably had two save slots for each character.

    its probably if u want to play the game twice. thats my theory.

    you can use one slot for one gameplay (depending on who is on the turn the picture of Sora or Riku is with your savefile)

    you don't have to use both

    the 2nd slot is for your 2nd gameplay ;)
