Hi there, new to this forum but i needed some advice so skipped introductions (sorry) I completed DDD today, and thought id start again on a higher difficulty, it gave me the option of transferring my dream eaters which id worked so hard on to get strong and good. And then when i went back to redo bosses and look for secret bosses and more dream pieces, my account was gone... Completely gone. Ive emailed square enix and should be hearing back from them tomorrow. But i dont think theres anyway to undo the damage ive done. Any one had this experience or know anything about it?

Huh. Well that's weird. Sorry about that. Well, it is the glitchiest game in the series, I think, so you might not be the only one who that happened to

Glitchy? How so? Ive had no other problems but this. And im so stressed about it, i have played non stop when i can and its all gone :'(

Well, some glitch keeps the player from being able to do half of the special portals if you don't skip the "Keyblade War" flashback initially. So yeah, that's pretty game-breaking

Special portals?? Have i missed something :huh: Lol...

Speaking of 3DS save files and such. Is it possible to create back-ups for the save files. Either have the back-ups on the 3DS or on a PC?

I haven't encountered any of those yet but from what I understand, Special Portals are more rare and special version of Link Portals. That probably didn't help you a lot.

Ah okay. I have no idea about the back up thing. I just know im severly annoyed right now haha

Hi! Nope, it's not happened to me, and therefore I'm sorry for you.

 

But if it helps, something really similar happened with my copy of Super Mario 64 DS back in - if I recall correctly - 2006. The saved data blanked itself from no reason, leaving me with three empty save slots. However, as soon as I got over it, I restarted the game and - no kidding - completed that game 100% within two or three days, compared to the one-and-a-half-year of the original playthrough (each "mission" in the game rewards you with a Power Star, for a grand total of 150). I've gotten used to that game, I guess!

 

This kind of thing, sadly, happens a lot with games, usually at random. So, my advice is, don't let this discourage you: start over a new file and, well, if you're American, then chances are that you managed to get through the game in just a week or so! Therefore, if my experience with SM64DS is anything to go by, your second playthrough will be even quicker this time around! Always think positive, pal. ;-)

Im English dude Got it done in under 2 weeks. Started again last night and got 2 rare dream eaters this time round. Dunno how good they are though. Thanks for the advice
