SPOILERS FIRST OF ALL!!! I re-did the ending for sora so that I could play as riku for a while without having to worry about dropping and now I want to play as sora again. The problem is when I go to the place with riku where it should trigger the cutscene where sora is having a nightmare followed by the fight with sora's nightmare... nothing happens. I can just walk around in that arena and I don't know how to beat the story again. Is this supposed to happen? Am I missing something?

u have to go fight young xehanort ...

I think you might need to select the "Memory's Skyscraper" save point from the world map to re-fight Riku's last bosses. Not sure though

Try going to the Memory's Skyscraper and fight against Young Xehanort instead.
