How do you make forums

After you complete the game, watched the credits, saved it, load it and then return to Traverse Towns fountain plaza. There he'll be.

NOOOOOOO!!!!

I WANNA GET ULTIMA WEAPON!!

awww man!

If you really are ready to beat him, watching the cutscenes at the end of the game will be half the wait. Don't forget, this is a secret boss, and secret bosses are hard bosses. In all likeliness if the final bosses are hard, you'll have to do some grinding before you can beat him.

Not really, I beat Julius with Sora at level 45 and Riku at level 42 on Critical. Took 5 and a half tries for Sora (a half because my 3DS ran out of battery.) For Riku, it was just one try, he's amazingly way stronger than Sora.
