I camt access any link portals in any worlds except for the boss portals, and I dont know why? i was hoping someone here can help me.

Can't access as in they aren't there?

Make sure the map on your touch screen is zoomed in

I was having the same problem, realized my map wasn't zoomed in so they weren't showing up. Make sure your map is zoomed in so they show up
