Ansem said he did some research on Sora while he slept and hid it inside him. So most likely, since he says it's possibly the key to saving the others, it must be data concerning the many hearts connected to his.

Well, Ansem admits that he knew that nobodies could grow hearts; perhaps the data has figured out a way to make these hearts whole and separate from Sora's. Ansem, having a hatred for Nobodies, probably couldn't accept this before and decided to go on with his plans for destroying the Organization instead.

Its the big mistery of KH i think, probably is a way to use the light of Sora's Heart in a way to stop XH, or a way to bring back the hearts of others.

It's a way to save all the people you mentioned above: Roxas, Xion, Namine, Ventus, Terra, Aqua and Ansem the Wise. It hasn't been revealed what is in this data exactly, but that's the idea behind it. And yeah, it's going to be very important for KH3, since it'll be about saving them.
