No. It's considered 7 because Traverse Town is unlocked twice.

DI became a sleeping world when it fell to the darkness. Any world trapped in Darkness is asleep.

However, it was awakened when it was restored in KH1 when Sora defeated Ansem.

To gain access to the sleeping worlds, Yen Sid warped them back in time to when the world was about to fall asleep. This method of time traveling is apparently

different than Xehanort's due to them not becoming Heartless to do it and leading them to, in a way, posses their younger bodies

YX wasn't a heartless but he could still time travel right? ...maybe that's the same or it's just part of Yen Sid magic in the case of Sora and Riku
