Since you can't change whatever is going to happen when you travel in time, I think in KH3 Sora won't be able to destroy YX, because otherwise the hole KH plot would change. I think YX will somehow have some hate against Sora, and then he'll go back in time and forget whatever hapenned. That will lead him to his destiny. That's why I think at the beginning of KH3 we will control YX from the part he talks to Ansem SoD and learn what he actually told him. After that maybe Nomura will give us a clear explanation of whatever hapenned with him in the DW. Wewill be able to control him until he gets back to his own time. Then we'll be able to see him travel again in time, but not play as him and get a hint at where the final battle will take place. What I mean is that we'll see a cutscene of him travelling again to the future and then get to see where the final battle will take place. And then we'll start from the point we leftover at KH3D and start controlling the 7 Lights. And BTW, when the game finishes, Nomura could start planning a BBSV2. Like the idea? Share yours down!

I don't know about controling YMX, the first person cutscenes with Sora talking to him and watching his past in DDD was almost like that. But we need more explanations about his time travels.

About BBSV2, I think it's possible, I would even say that maybe they would release it before KH3 wasn't for everyone being kindda pissed with it taking so long for Kingdom Hearts 3 to exist.

Why does he have to destroy him? Obviously he's going to go back to the past. Shooting a beam of light through him as he fades back to his own time.

I mean, YMX isn't the main villain or anything.

ummm, YMX comes from alternative (Also separated) timeline, meaning that if he is destroyed, MX in that timeline wont never appear. It doesnt change anything in Soras timeline.

But YX is already interested after the events that happened in KH3D.
