Secret Bosses [Spoilers Possibly?]

Posted

So in the main Kingdom Hearts Games, there has been a weird pattern in the Secret Bosses. I don't know if it's intended or not but so far, the Secret Bosses lead to the next main game and these bosses are a major part of the next story or hint to the final bosses.

  • Kingdom Hearts: Final Mix: Xemnas > Kingdom Hearts 2: He is the Final Boss and the main antagonist of the story.
  • Kingdom Hearts 2: Final Mix: Lingering Will (Terra) > Birth By Sleep: Xehanort takes over Terra's body "Terranort and is the Final Boss.
  • Birth By Sleep: Young Master Xehanort > Dream Drop Distance: He is the second to Final Boss of Riku's Story and the Game for that matter.
  • Birth By Sleep: Final Mix: No Heart > Dream Drop Distance: The Final Boss just happens to be an Armored Version of Ventus, just like the Armored Version of Xehanort.
So my conclusion is (maybe, just MAYBE):
  • Dream Drop Distance: Julius > (Next Installment): Maybe Pete and Maleficent will use Julius for their plans and he is one of the Final Bosses.
(Obviously, probably not the direct final boss, since the next installment is most likely going to be the end of the Xehanort Saga, so it could be one of Xehanorts as the boss.)

What do you guys think?

Maybe they will come out with a Kingdom Hearts Dream Drop Distance Final Mix or Re:Dream Drop Distance with a boss that fits better then julius for this pattern

I think this Secret Boss being next Final Boss pattern could only be used for the Final Mixes, and since Julius is not from the final mix, which do not exist yet(If it's going to exist, also) I don't think so...

Most of what you said is Nomura foreshadowing, besides Phantom was the OG secret boss (only one from JAP KH1) and he had everything to do with nothing in the future games. Or Irony.avi, you know whatever :P

I love this!

But then doesn't Lord Kyroo sorta classify as a secret boss?

So maybe Lord Kyroo will return and summon Julius from the sewer depths.

Resulting in chaos. =D

Julius becomes a Nort.

I think not. Nomura says he doesnt' plan to do one but that could happen. Re: titles are for system changes (com is gba -to- re com ps2/ coded is phone -to- re coded ds)

so final mix is the more likely. Unless nomura puts 3D on ps3? with no 3d?

Anyways, I think it is POSSIBLE for Julius to become important just not probable. Every other important secret boss has been a non-disney humany (really?) looking boss. But Nomura can do anything. He could make donald the final boss if he wanted to.

but this is the first disney based secret boss, exept for monstro, but eventually his world appeared in ddd. so who knows... ;P

I agree with Xirog that it seems to be final mix secret bosses who are key in the next games, I think there will be a final mix (since there was a final mix of BBS), and while working on it they'd also be thinking about and bring in ideas for KH3 at the same time, giving them a sort of knowledge when deciding the secret boss in the FM version, if they make one.

I think Julius could be a deformed version of Pete as a boss fight in the 3rd. He reminds me too much of him, would be interesting to just see him morph into a monster in the game.
