Kara walked on the sidewalk to the school, a new school. Psyche, the god of Souls had made this school. The teachers are practically fallen angels that fought in the Great Soul War five hundred years ago. Kara's blue shard lit up slightly as she entered the school, her walking causally to her class room. "Karasu Suzaku, come with me to the office!" the principal yelled from the door. The whole class laughed. Kara slowly got up and walked out of the room, and in three muinets, she was sitting in the principals office. "Kara! You are one of the chosen. Go along and make friends that were chosen by the Godess of Souls and go capture demons!" the principal yelled. Kara just nodded and walked back to her class.

"I guess I'm the only one that can fight these people...unless........." I said in Josh's mind.

(Unless..? What are you talking about?) For once, I felt utterly confused by Kyle.

 

~Margaret's PoV~

I sat in a coffee shop, the same area as Kyle, Kira, Kara, Erika, Joshua, and Skull were in, oblivioud to them that I was a shinigami. I looked like an average college goth girl. I began to whistle the song Phillistine trying to make Kyle remember the times when we were BOTH human...

I heard whistling of a tune that was very familar, then my head ached. "This tune....Margaret is here!?!?" And thought to myself, "Is she one of the shinigamis!?!?" I looked down and said, "We might have a battle coming up soon..."

"Margaret?" (Another shinigami Kyle knows..?)

 

~Margaret's PoV~

I came out of the shop, whistling it more and drawing Kyle's attention. "Do you remember this song? It was always my favorite." I brought out twin sycthe-guns. "It was until you broke my poor heart." Margaret lied. "Well....let me teach it to you." I said, loading the gun part of my scythes.

Joshua looked around cluelessly, not knowing to listen or attack.

 

~Margaret's PoV~

"How tragic, you don't even remembr your human life. Did you replace your friends already?" I said, clearly lying again. I glanced at the others. "Broken anyone else's hearts lately?"

"Friends? These where the only ones I've had besides my creations...and what do you mean ny breaking hearts?" Then looked in her direction, "And if I remember everything we would not be here."

"Remember Kyle, we all had past lives as best friends, never forget that." I said with a smile to him, looking at Margaret.

"I never forgot, I remember the feeling of being 'happy' for once." I said then took a deep breath and whistled a sad tune called Moonlight tear, knowing Margaret would remember....

 

( moonlight tear is something I made up I would laugh so hard if it was real )

Erika's hand went to the new sword on her side. "Who's your friend?" she asked. And what about Isaac? Should I just run him through? She wondered, gently kicking his side.

"He's dead." I said lifting my Scythe dripping with blood, "And she's not my friend anymore..."

"KYLE." I snapped. "You're just as stupid since when you were human. You have broken so many hearts....and I take that literally! You have watched death, you have caused death, and you have let death happen! Death erased some of your saddest memories, and you just LET ME DIE! But don't worry. All that grief to come back to you...I'll have it go away!" I started shooting the group down with both my scythe guns simultaneously. (You and your new friends will feel what I have.)

(OMG I didn't know that exist )

"No I remember everything I died recently so my memories came back to me." I used a wind shield and the scythes shot right past us. "But if I didn't give you a shard of my soul then Hades wouldn't been able to make you a shinigami..." Then I said in Margaret's mind, "And no one knows my pain either."

I gasped at the fact of Kyle giving me part of his soul. (Did he actually care for me?) "No...LIES!" I shot a few times, then ran off.

 

~Joshua's PoV~

"Kyle. (You must have felt so much grief when you were alive.) All these shinigamis...are they the ones you've talked about. The ones who you let them die? I guess....that's why you didn't want to have others come, at first.

"No I died before every shinigami was even born or created...its hard to explain..."

"I'm sure i'll find out eventually anyways." I said looking up to the sky, seeing Isaac's loose soul, floating. "You of all people should take that, Kyle."

 

~Margaret's PoV~

(He HAS to be lying. Would a god lie? Will I kill him?) I felt a sudden shock.

Hades: (She's in denial. Damn. Hm...simple solution.)

I felt so many memories flooding inside me, oblivious to the fact that they were made up, false memories. "Kyle!" I yelled, thinking he was the cause of my family's death.

"Really? If you say so.." I took the soul with my wings and add it to my soul strengthing my own soul. Then heard Margaret and read her mind and thought one word, "Hades..."

I thought to myself, "Hades must of messed up her memories...they are all fake...and I was the one who tried to save them from the fire...." I clutched my chest, "I still have the scar...." I reprogrammed Death Cannon into two metal hands that are used to regain memories I named them Amnesia....

I grabbed my twin scythe guns, ready to have Kyle feel both emotional and physical pain. "Damn you!" I started to calm down, yet still wanting revenge. Atop a skyscraper, and in front of the glowing moonlight I began to whistle the same tune again. Aiming the gun-part towards Joshua first.

"Josh move!" I yelled, throwing him out of the way. "Leave my friends alone! It's not your place to hurt them! You have no reason to kill him!" I yelled angerly, casting a spell on Josh, making him incapable of helping me, keeping him safe from what might come.

For once in a battle, I revealed my second scythe gun. I jumped off the skyscraper gracefully, with the shining moon behind my back. "I will make Kyle feel what he caused me...i'll kill you all." I shot only a few times before releasing the blade of the scythe guns, ready to slaughter.

I caught the scythes that shot out of her gun adding it to my own scythe that was on my back. I jumped toward her saying three words, "I miss you." I went passed her but I knew her face was blank my soul fragment got rid of the fake memories and replaced them with her real memories.

(Unexpected)

 

Right about to slice Kara, Kyle jumpeed in front of me saying 'I miss you.' The emotion on my face was obviously sad and surprised. As my sorrow got to me, I squeezed my weapons hard enough so that the handles broke and fell to the ground. I fell on my knees, as well, not ready to say a word. I just sat there in front of Kyle, saddened and helpless...

"Aww did the little girl feel bad?" I asked with a smile, about to laugh.

( I know right I just thought of it but it works )

 

When I landed on the ground I walked up to her my weapons fading away, I stopped in front of her and reached my hand out. "Nice to see you again Margaret." I smiled.
