Kara walked on the sidewalk to the school, a new school. Psyche, the god of Souls had made this school. The teachers are practically fallen angels that fought in the Great Soul War five hundred years ago. Kara's blue shard lit up slightly as she entered the school, her walking causally to her class room. "Karasu Suzaku, come with me to the office!" the principal yelled from the door. The whole class laughed. Kara slowly got up and walked out of the room, and in three muinets, she was sitting in the principals office. "Kara! You are one of the chosen. Go along and make friends that were chosen by the Godess of Souls and go capture demons!" the principal yelled. Kara just nodded and walked back to her class.

( okay I'll try to follow the best I can...)

"Of course she can fight well! I remember when we would fight along side each other!" I said.

"Okay Zero, I just didn't know her in my past life..." I said, crossing my arms as I saw a dash of darkness. "A soul?" I asked almost silently.

"Hm? It seemed like it..."

"Yeah I'll be fighting with you..." I snared at Kara. I brought out my twin scythe guns as the soul passed by.

I took out my scythe as well shocked of how large it was now because I took Margaret's shot scythes and added ti my own. "Well lets go."

"Right." I did a backflip in the air to land on a building's balcony, and I began to take aim with the scythe-gun.

 

~Joshua's PoV~

I felt weird around Margaret now. She just tried to kill me ten minutes ago, she's Kyle's friend since their human life, and there's tension between her and Kara. I shook my head, getting rid of my thoughts and prepared with fire and ice on ny hands.

I got to admit this brings back good memories of when I was still human. The scythe had some good range on it so I got up on the roofs and followed the loose soul.

Erika fell into stride with Josh, walking beside him. "Odd, isn't she?" She noted, fingering her sword as her eyes chased the soul. Her own shard flickered, the deep-red stone reacting to the soul. "But Kara doesn't have to be so hostile to everyone." she added under her breath, remembering when she'd arrived to join the group.

~Joshua's PoV~

"I guess so, but she was friends with Kyle for a very long time." I quickly responded to Erika. "And I suppose that's how Karasu Suzaku acts. It's just her perosnality...." I said, referring to Kara by her full name as she seemed different since we met. I cast air shields to everyone but Erika. "You do remember me teaching you that spell, right?" I smirked ready to fend off against the soul.

 

~Margaret's PoV~

I was quickly able to detect the soul, as I was once one myself. I swiflty fired the gun, and swung with the scythe, knocking the soul back, it finally revealing itself.

(you guys can control the soul)

 

I turned and looked at the soul. "You have got to be kidding me..." I mumbled.

Erika grinned back, drawing her sword. "Of course." She opened her palm, and concentrated on the spell. Soon, she had a nice air shield surrounding her. Smiling triumphantly, she swung at the soul, clipping it nicely on the shoulder before moving away from her sword.

I jumped off the building and the moon was shining on my back and I sliced the soul in half and saw another one. It seemed like a Wind soul and tried to blow me off my feet but I already stuck my scythe into the ground staying in place.

(sorry I couldn't post soon enough. I've been really busy )

 

Kira watchedKyle and the Wind Soul. "again?" she asked. She looked at Margaret and frowned. looks like I'm in for more trouble... she looked at the ground and sighed. again...

Margaret and Joshua began to pelt the wind soul simultaneously, with bullets and fire. As the soul staggered, Margaret sliced the soul in a zig-zag, taking the soul in her shard. She looked at Kira, recognizing her from before, and walked up to her. "Hello there Kira, I haven't seen you since you were about five years old!" Margaret said, stroking her hair once.

"Oh yeah you met Kira when we were human, I forgot." I said rubbing my head as I felt a large piece of ice hit my back. I turned around breaking it with my scythe and saw a ice soul. "Another one?" I questioned as I charged at it.

"uh-huh." Kira simply said, looking at Margaret. "you used to cause SOO much trouble." she said, crossing her arms.

"Eh heh I remember I had to clean up the trouble." I said trying to slash the barrier of ice the soul put up, 'This is annoying...' I thought jumping back dismissing my weapon and took out Death Cannon and blast the barrier broken and quickly slash the soul gone while it was trapped in it's own barrier. The soul was collected into my shard and I pulled up my collar.

"and my job was to try and stop her. Never worked..." Kira moaned. She looked at the ground and sighed.

"But that was I long time ago..." I said thinking, 'When I was adopted by your parents...'

I sighed towards Kira. "Atleast you remembered me." I said, shooting multiple bullets to the ice soul, then threw the scythe, hitting it and sticking to the ground, the soul completely disabled from moving. "But people do change." I muttered, collecting the soul with ease. I sneered at Kara again, as she told me to fight well before.

"Nice Margaret." I said with a thumbs up and started walking in a random direction looking at my arm...

"Well better then I expected..." I mumbled.

"it's getting late..." Kira said, looking at the sky. "it's been a long day, we all need some rest." she said. She say down next to a tree and looked at Kyle curiously.

(So....I have an orchestra class at school. Yeah...we got a new song today. Its called Moonlight Tango. ')

 

~Margaret's PoV~

I rolled my eyes away from Kara. (Like you did any better....) I thought to myself, feeling neglected a bit from Kara and Kira.

 

~Joshua's PoV~

"Yeah let's get some shelter, unless you want it to be literally hard as rock." I said, still chuckling at Kara's response to Margaret. I sat next to Kira, whom was looking at Kyle. "Is something wrong? You and Kara are pretty tense towards her." I laughed, and lied down on the grass.

"Just the thought of Margert used to be a loose soul, and the fact that she about killed me...." I mumbled to Josh.
