Kara walked on the sidewalk to the school, a new school. Psyche, the god of Souls had made this school. The teachers are practically fallen angels that fought in the Great Soul War five hundred years ago. Kara's blue shard lit up slightly as she entered the school, her walking causally to her class room. "Karasu Suzaku, come with me to the office!" the principal yelled from the door. The whole class laughed. Kara slowly got up and walked out of the room, and in three muinets, she was sitting in the principals office. "Kara! You are one of the chosen. Go along and make friends that were chosen by the Godess of Souls and go capture demons!" the principal yelled. Kara just nodded and walked back to her class.

(oh the irony)

"I stay up and watch the area." I said. "And don't make me sleep."

"hey, after what happened last time, never." Kira said to Kyle. She looked at the sky one last time before closing her eyes and falling asleep.

 

-Kira's dream-

 

Kira was standing in a pitch black area. "ummm....." she said, scratching her head. A more evil image of her was standing in front of her. "hello, Kira. Nice to see you. Having a fun time?" Evil Kira asked. "what in the?!" Kira jumped back, surprised and confused. Evil Kira laughed. "a bit jumpy? Don't worry, I won't hurt you... Yet..." she said with an evil smile. Kira let her sword appear in her hand. "ha, like that's gonna help you with this situation." Evil Kira said. She pointed her gun at Kira. "try me." Evil Kira said.

"I want I force you to go to sleep after what happened last time..." I said, remembering the pain I inflicted on myself. "Thanks Zero." I said, using his nickname. I looked off to the mountains in the distance, bringing my jacket closer as I fell into my silent sleep.

"I had that feeling too, until that shard was given to her. Once that happened I figured she deserves a chance." I told Kara. "I'll stay up too Kyle, everything that's been happening has left me behind on my books anyways." I told him as I pulled out a reading book. "Just tell me if you need food, sleep, or something." I muttered, my eyes already buried into the words.

Erika sat down as well, muscles relaxed but watching Margaret closely. "Well, you know what they say. Better safe than sorry." Remebering she still had a bag of a few of her belongings, she pulled out a paper and something to write with, and was soon writing away, forgetting most of the new tension in her life.

"Ok Josh." I said staring at the star-filled night and opened my wings feeling the nice breeze against my wings...

Kira stared at Evil Kira. She pointed her sword at her. "ha. Your a brave one. Alrighty then..." Evil Kira said, pulling the trigger on her gun as a poisoned needle shot straight at her and hit her on the side.

The second the poisoned needle hit her in the dream, Kira's eyes shot open. She started breathing hard. She sighed in relief that it wasn't real.

~Margaret's PoV~

Feeling drowsy, I started twirling around the shard on my fingers. Why did that shard feel so ominous? I stared at the sky, and Kyle, before I finally fell asleep.

 

~Joshua's PoV~

I set my book down as Margaret slept. "Do you trust her? I need your honest opinion. Things don't feel like they're going to go in our favor." I asked Kyle bluntly. "Whatever your answer is won't change my thoughts, but still....you know her better than any of us." I noticed Kira awakened. "A nightmare? That happens too often now." I muttered, proving my point of things not going to go in our favor.

"Well I've been with her long enough to know she is trust worthy enough she even woke me up once from dieing." Then I saw Kira wake up and ran to her, "Kira are you ok?"

Kira shook her head. "no. Not at all." she moaned, still breathing hard. Her wings drooped at the dream. she looked just like me.... But more... Evil... Who was she...? she thought, confused and scared out of her mind.

I heard Kira and it made me remember, not long ago. (An evil Kira?) I thought, remembering when Hades posessed me. I kept quiet, not wanting to scare her more with assumptions.

I read Josh's mind and was worried about Kira and the fact I might have to........but I looked at her and said, "It will be alright okay Kira?" I said walking up to her and giving a slight hug.

Kira nodded, holding back the urge to cry. "are you sure?" she asked worriedly. She looked at Kyle with a scared/confused look.

"I won't allow anything to happen to you..." I said stroking her back to let her cry...

Kira nodded, a few tears rolling down her cheek. "she was... Scary..." she said, reffering to Evil Kira. She held her side where she got shot in her dream.

scary indeed... But just wait, it'll get worse... Evil Kira thought from her tree. She smiled evily. ill get you Kira... And I'll make sure to let your friends see your pain... she laughed a bit at the thought of Kira's torture.

I pulled out Death Cannon in a flash and still hugged Kira with one arm and shouted, "Show yourself I know your here!!"

Kira looked around. "what? What's wrong?" she asked. She looked at the sky to see if anyone was flying. Nothing. "what's wrong?" she repeated.

Evil Kira grew silent. hm... Looks like I'm gonna have some trouble... If I lose her, Hades is going to be SOO mad... she thought. She stated in the direction of Kyle and Kira. though he shouldn't be to hard... she thought.

"Someone is close..." I said reading the mind, 'doesn't seem hard? I'm being undereistmated again....' I thought aiming Death Cannon that the person. Death Cannon was focusing and the metal circled waiting for it's prey to come out...

"I don't like this feeling." I grumbled as I made an area's worth of a shield of air. I grabbed water from the clouds and made traps out of them.

Kira shivered slightly. "oh dear." she moaned, thinking it was the one from her dream. dont come out don't come out don't come out she pleaded in her head.

heh... Like that's gonna help... Evil Kira said, aiming her gun at Kira. try handling this, Kyle... she thought, shooting a poison needle. The needle succesfully made its way to Kira, piercing her side.

"Kira!" I ran to her and started to heal. "Damn it!! Not again."

 

~Margaret's PoV~

I woke up as soon as the dart was fired. "No assassin can rival me." I jumped up, and shot the evil Kira multiple times as I ran towards her swiftly. "You're not harming Kira." I said as the guns switched back to their scythe modes and I kept slashing evil Kira.

Kira screamed when the needle hit her. She grabbed it from her side and tore it out. and people say dreams can't come true.. she thought. She started to grow sick, closing her eyes and fainting from the poison.

Evil Kira swiftly dodged the bullets and slashes, jumping down from the tree and growing slightly agitated. "try that again, I dare you!!" she yelled, aiming her gun at Margaret. Without warning, she shot another poisoned needle. It pierced Margaret in the stomach. "now don't get in my way!!" she yelled.

"Josh? We're over here..." I said snapping my fingers to be in a tree.

 

Before the needle hit Margaret I shot it making it disappear. "Whew close one."

Margaret pulled out the dart. "I'm an assassin. I didn't just shoot these at people, I dealt with it too!" I threw the dart onto the ground. I was in pain, but not as much as I should be in. "You *****!!!" I yelled slashing and shooting simultaneously.

Evil Kira dodged the attacks. "ha!! To easy." she said. She waved her arm in the air. "now you see me..." the area turned pitch black, and Evil Kira dissapeared. "now you don't..,"
