Kara walked on the sidewalk to the school, a new school. Psyche, the god of Souls had made this school. The teachers are practically fallen angels that fought in the Great Soul War five hundred years ago. Kara's blue shard lit up slightly as she entered the school, her walking causally to her class room. "Karasu Suzaku, come with me to the office!" the principal yelled from the door. The whole class laughed. Kara slowly got up and walked out of the room, and in three muinets, she was sitting in the principals office. "Kara! You are one of the chosen. Go along and make friends that were chosen by the Godess of Souls and go capture demons!" the principal yelled. Kara just nodded and walked back to her class.

"Kira it won't solve anything." I transmitted into her mind, taking off the old bandages and burned them and locked the door so no one would see me like this. And grabbed a couple wet paper towels and tried wiping the blood off...

"they had no reason to hurt you." Kira said. She stared at Kyle. "I heard the whispering." she said. She looked at the ground. and the gunshots... she though.

I was walking through the hall, faintly hearing laughs. "Did you see her necklace? Why where a piece of junk like that..." a boy mumbled. "She's an orphan ya know." A girl said to the same boy. "So? Who cares?" the boy snapped. "What if that necklace is the only thing she has left?" the girl asked. "Shut up." he yelled. I stared at the boy for a second before russing to class. "I told you not to bother her..." the girl said, walking away.

When I finished wiping my blood up I sat down and looked at Kira with sad eyes. "The world is full of these kind of people they just don't understand other people's pain and suffering." I transmitted pushing the sword away. I pulled out the bullets and put them in my pocket. And grabbed some aclohol (the one for infections) and placed another towel in it and started rubbing it on me and of course it stung really bad but I endured it. And wrapped my wounds with a bandage roll.

Kira sighed. "I wish this world were better..." she said. She looked at the door. "I'm gonna go... Get some fresh air..." she said, unlocking the door and walking out. She gripped her shard as a fear tears slid down her cheeks. She started running to the door, opening it and walking outside. She jumped onto the roof and remained silent, taking out the marble from her dress pocket. She stared at it sadly.

I knew she would be sad about it I got my marble out as well, clutching it in my hand...Then I put on my shirt and jacket.....

Kira noticed the boys, and startled for a second. She jumped up. "hey!! Leave him alone!!" she yelled, a second ball of light forming in her hands. "now go away!!" she yelled, tempted to throw the ball. Her wings started to emit a stronger dark mist, not healing from the first.

"We ain't affraid of you!!" They said pointing their guns as I heard Kira's voice, 'Crap....'

"neither am I!!" Kira yelled, her sword appearing a second time. "this is a warning, next, I won't be so "nice"!!" she yelled. "leave now!" she curled her wings in so that they won't distract her as she got into a battle stance.

"You bit-" I stopped time everything was the oppisite color and I flew up and grabbed Kira and flew away. We reached the woods when time resumed, "Kira don't do this because of me."

"what else am I supposed to do?!" Kira asked, staring at Kyle with conscerne. "I can't just let them hurt you!! I'm not a Dark Angel!!" she snapped.

As time resumed I felt slightly dizzy from the time freeze. I walked up to the roof to see those boys. They started walking up to me intimidatingly. "I don't want to deal with you right now..." They tried to shoot me a few times when my shadow jumped at them, threatening to eat them, before they ran off again. "Kyle, Kira....where'd you two go?" (This shadow is really helpful...) my shadow skimmed through the area, with their eyes open forr me to see through. I found them at the woods and since the shadow had its own teeth and tongue, I figured I could talk with it. "Kyle, Kira....what happened with those guys...?"

I was slient for a few minutes then took out the bullets from my pocket, they were stained with black blood....

Erika walked out of the room, sighing a little as she saw Kira, Kyle, and then Josh leave. "This was a lovely idea."she muttered. Reaching the office, she explained that she and her friends would be gone for a while, maybe not even returning. The lady there seemed hesitant to believe me, but agreed anyway. Looking and soon finding Kara, she grabbed her arm and pulled her out of sight. "Come on, everyone else is in the woods."

"Why are they in the woods?" I asked, unsure of what was going on.

(Actually I'm atop the school. My shadows in the woods watching them....*evil glare*)

 

I looked through my shadow to see the bullets. "So they...did shoot. What the hell is wrong with this world?" A thought had occured to me. "Being so quick to try and kill....by any chance, do you think they could be evil souls?! I'm at school still...I need to know." My shadow trailed itself back to me and I ran down to look for them.

"They never understand Josh this is to be expected..." I looked up at the sky, 'So as for my suffering....' I thought to myself as Techno and Skull walked up to me and Techno quickly noticed the bullets.

"Master do I have permission to elimitnate?"

"No Techno...."

"Understood."

I ran across the school looking for those damned guys. I ran past Erika and Kara, but didn't bother to stop. "Come on!" I grabbed them with my shadow tentacles. I noticed them, my shard blinking. "I knew it. They're evil souls." I looked towards them. "Hey, idiots!! You really want to settle things with me? Meet me on the roof!" I yelled to them. "Erika, Kara you're coming with me." To make sure they didn't notice them coming I enveloped them in my normal shadow, bringing them along for the ride. "Don't worry it won't hurt. If you're uncomfortable you can get out, just make sure no one sees you." I speed walked up towards the roof nearly dragging them in my shadow.

I heard Josh dragging the people who shot me, "Hey let go of us pipsqueak!!" They said.

Erika gasped a little as the shadow enveloped her, but soon felt safe, if not slightly claustrophobic. "Found them." she muttered. More evil, souls, then? Man, we can't go anywhere without being attacked. She thought sadly. But once this is all over, things will go back to normal. Right?

I cringed. "WHO ARE YOU CALLING A PIPSQUAK SO TINY HE HAS TO HITCHIKE UP A CRACK IN THE FLOOR?!" The shadows I developed them in grew their eyes and teeth. They threw the guys out and my shadows began to beam towards them, wanting to eat.
