I woke up…… on the street? What? I look up to see people walk by. A lot of people. Haven’t they noticed me yet?..... I’m in the Scramble. Picking myself up I walk to a nearby window. My white hair is still tied like my Childhood Hero. I look the same…. But a feeling tells me no…..

BURN

Ak! Something really burns! Wha the- I look to see my hand….. flashing….. a blue clock…….

2:00:00

My iPod 7 buzzes and I grab the thing.

~Go To CatStreet. You have 2 hours. Fail and face Erasure~

It says “From The Reapers”.

What the…..could it be….

“Scratch”

Ow! I look to see a frog with tattoos?

Eep! Another one?! I look out to see…..more……

It’s the story……

Could I…… be playing The Reaper’s Game……..And if so…….How did I die?

"Thank you....." I mumble before doing something that hurts me more than them.

I run over over and jump over Sayo. I quickly grab a fire breathing noise and force it to spit flames around the.

"Don't follow me...." I mumble then squeeze the noise to death. It makes good practice....

I then run holding my tonfas out.

It's. Just. Me.

 

Uno ran everywhere, "Destiny! Where are you?"

 

"If that's your discion fine but blow this if you need help, ok?" I tossed her a black whistle with a skull on it, "If you don't want us around that's ok but were here to help you ok?" I said walking away to the 104 building, still had thoughts to go through...

Josh shot me an almost evil-like glare, and Skull just stopped and stared at me. Suddenly, Josh spoke in a manly voice, "Where were you all those years? When I needed you the most.... And now you decide to show your face, father! After I've been forced to play this damn game over and over again!" I stood there in a daze... I was sure I was his uncle, not his father.. I turned around and looked in a window and saw my reflection... but it wasn't me. It looked like me, but it was... my brother. That explained why Mr. H hadn't called me Noro, because I wasn't Noro in here... I was my brother, who's name I couldn't remember, and Josh's father. I turned around and the older Josh summoned my- or should I say Noro's sword, and held it up towards me. Skull finally opened his mouth and said, "I never got to tell him the truth, how I was his Partner in the Game. All of this happened because of you!" Skull shouted angrily. "He sacrificed himself and joined the game in your place, and when it was your actual time, you sacrificed your own damned boy!" Skull exclaimed furiously, pointing towards Josh. "Now you're gonna pay," They both said in unison, and Skull pulled out his arm cannon. Josh swung his sword and Skull fired his canon, and I saw a bright light..... I awoke on the ground in the hallway of memories, that image from earlier fully revealed, showing the older Josh, Skull, and my brother standing in a circle. I stood up and checked myself, back in my true body now. I was reliving a memory, not my own but one of Josh's. (Josh, I hope you saw that... I sure know I did...) I saw another blurred portrait, but I could easily reconize myself and.... Skull again? I better let Josh wake up before I try and open another memory. Then I fell asleep.

"Destiny! I'm not going to kill you!" I said happily. 'Wow, this is what I get for almost killing everyone - _ - ' I thought. I sighed and turned around, walking away, suffering a major headache. "No time Sayo, stop being stupid." I mumbled to myself, reaching with my right hand to where my mother stabbed me long ago. "I always hated her, but couldn't stand her dyeing..." I mumbled. I felt where the scar is on my shoulder, letting my hand fall naturally. "Noro." I whispered, clenching my fist, looking up at the 104 building again. "I wish I could just fade away..." I whispered, closing my eyes, standing alone for a while.

Once I got to the top and sat on the bars again the wind said, "No one cares about you."

"As if I didn't know......"

 

~Flashback~

Day 5 week 2 I was on top of 104 building as usual , mission- kill Death Wolf. 'So the Composer finally wants to throw me away.' I thought to myself as players coming at 5:00, and 9:00 charged at me. I dodged them swiftly without a scratch and jumped off the back of the building as they followed and jumped into a portal closing behind me and got to Cat Street. I ran over to my secret area and saw someone, 'The only one that knows this place besides me is...!?' Noro walked out of the shadows.

"Hello Skull I was wondering where you went." He said slightly smiling.

"Your not going to kill me?"

"Of course not, were partners."

"Whew that makes me feel mor-" I felt a burning pierce in my chest.

"You think I would die just because of one player?"

"You said..." Darkness surrounded me and I woke up in the lab, "Heh heh heh interesting...well time to get back into the game Skull."

"But I was killed!"

"Skull you will always be my toy. And I'm the Composer I control everything...and protect my child in the next game...." I then found myself on top of 104 building it was day 6, mission- fix the dog statue. Noro walked up to me, "Lets get started shall we?"

"Do you remember anything from day 5?"

"No why? Did something happen?"

"No nothing at all...."

"I'm going to go up there with Skull, he seems sad..." I mumbled heading up there's and sitting on the ground, not that far from Skull. "Hey, you okay?" I asked, looking up at him. There was a long pause until I said something else. "Zero...I'm going to die today." I said sadly, it was instinct to know this. "So If Noro comes back, tell him...I disobeyed the composer, I am loyal to all of my friends, and the fact that he died has triggered my memories, bringing back memoreies I don't want to remember..." I said, laying back on the ground, folding my arms behind my head, staring at the sky.

I woke up from the message, my phone felt like a damn earthquake in my pocket. My pupils shrunk as I read. "NO! I'm not killing a friend, I'm not killing ANYONE." I felt so meaningless. If no one kills her, we all die. If someone does kill her, then I lost a friend. (I'm not going to let both my family AND my friends die right in front of me. I will not kill her though. I am going to protect her.) I ran off as fast as I could, looking for Destiny. I then got Noro's message. (I saw the whole thing. What was going on though?!)

"Huh? Oh hey Sayo I'm fine and I know another way to complete this mission without killing Destiny..." I transmitted, I would have to meet up with the new Composer and...would have to die....but the new Composer wouldn't want to lose his toy so the worsiest thing that could happen is that I would lose my memories....

Uno ran to see Skull and Sayo, "You guys! I need your help!"

"Why help? It's useless." I said heartlessly. "Uno dear, I'm going to die today, okay?" I snapped. 'Today I'm going to kill myself, I've had enough, try and stop me.' I thought, knowing Skull proboly heard me.

"Hm? What is it Uno?" I asked taking my mind off of things...then I transmitted. "I won't let you."

"Oh you really won't let me kill myself Zero! I might as well die here and now,." I snapped, pointing my dagger at myself, shooting him a glare.

I wish I could go see Uncle Neku or Haru at least. But Uncle Neku's gone and Haru has't said anything since Day 4-2. Hell I wouldn't even mind a visit from Joshua. Joshua.....why do I feel like I'm saying his name wrong......that is his name right? Or is it something more?.....

I found a small little park where familes were playing.....I wish I remebered Papa....

 

I sighed and sat on a bench. But then I found a note.....

I read to what looked like a poem.

~I care for them. If they die then so help me I'll kill the rest of them. Only I'm allowed to have pain. That is my role. That is my duty.~

I stared at the poem......yes... I understand......

If one of my friends die, then they all must die....

"I told you I won't let you." I said grabbing the sharp part the dagger letting my black blood pour...

"Stop it both of you!" Uno grabbed the knife and threw it towards the ground. Very far. "Listen we both have to find Destiny! Please help me!"

 

Something dropped to the ground. I looked to see a knife...... Perfect.....

I fold the poem in my pocket and grab the knife.

"Idiot! I'm the one who won't let my friends die! Intact none of these people are your friends. I lied to you. I lied to all of you, I was never your friend.." I laughed heartlessly, grabbing my second dagger and slowly drawing it closer and closer to me.

I snapped my fingers and a portal appeared and gave her a radar with my non-bloody hand. "She's at the park right now take the portal and you'll find her." The whistle was a tracking device as well as a signal for me. "I never though any one as my friend as well." I said grabbing the sharp area of the second dagger as well.

Uno was mad........she had to get them to listen, "IF ONE OF YOU DIE THEN WE ALL DIE!"

'Not really I've been killed and the rest of the players lived still but that's just me...' I thought to myself as my hand was covered with black blood.

"Who cares If I die? I DONT GIVE A CRAP." I snapped, snatching the Dagger out of Zero's hand. "Stop killing yourself." I said, walking a bit closer to him, taking his bleeding hand. "Stop killing yourself." I said, dropping the dagger on the ground.

"It doesn't matter if I die I'll just..." I stopped talking because I didn't wan to tell them....

(eating, sorry)

 

"Be reborn again?" I asked, hugging Zero. "Don't kill yourself over me you stupid head." I said serouisly, avoiding the blood getting on my shirt.

(nah its fine I'm doing homework and is my name Zero and Skull now?)

"You guys can live again...it's the least I can do....." I said looking down as she hugged me, "I'm the only one that can finish this mission..."

"Are you sure Skull?" I asked, basiclly not letting go at all to him, looking at my dagger.
