Okay, I watched the secret ending again.

 

Yen Sid says you know the 7 lights and 13 darkness stuff.

"The Keyblade wars of yore plunged the true Kingdom Hearts into darkness, and the x-blade was shattered. But the light still shining in the hearts of children rebuilt the world that we know today. And the light from the broken x-blade was then divided into seven, to protect the number of pure hearts in the world. "

Mickey then says," Seven lights; the princesses of heart."

Yen Sid continues

Indeed. Those seven pure hearts form the very source of all light in the world. If they are lost, the world will again give away to shadow. Thus, even if we deliberately avoid finding avoid finding our seven lights to avert another Keyblade war, Xehanort will still target the seven princesses in order to forge the x-blade.

Mickey says

So...there's gonna be a clash between seven lights and thirteen darknesses and there's nothing we can do to avoid triggering the Keybalde War?

Yen Sid says

"To protect the seven pure hearts, we will need seven lights strong enough to stand against the thirteen darknesses.

Mickey says

" So we're missing one guardian of light."

Now that Kairi is an overlap as a guardian and a light and the other 6 princesses are on the light side, could it be really 13 vs 13.

OR

Will there be some big plot twist that will be the advantage to the light side

OR

There just has to be 7 light and 13 darkness. (which doesn't seem like a fair fight)

Ansem the Wise's data refers how to bring Roxas and Xion into their own existence and revive them.

 

Was that even clear? I only kow that Ansem has put some data into Sora but that was all the way back in CoM. Ansem hated Nobodies why should he do something like that anyways?

Could've been a subconscious form of remorse.

If Kairi will be a Keyblade Master and a Light Protector, which I really hope she's not, it was intended to make 13 vs 13. It would be nice that this "coincidence" would work, but the Light protectors shown in Kingdom Hearts 3D's Opening are the best fit for me. But who knows what will happen...

this has been bothering me for a while and id love to here some theories. im kinda thinking that the lights will be sora, riku, ven, aqua, terra, and kairi or mickey. the darknesses might be master xehanort, young xehanort, and the rest of the organization members that didnt wake up in radiant gardens, but i have no idea who else there will be!

Nononono, you are the 12th. This is the 13th:

The equation is supposed to be 7 vs 13, but if Kairi were both a Princess and a Keyblade wielder, it would make sense as a symbolical 13 vs 13.

The fight against Xehanort doesn't have to be with the seven lights ONLY. Donald, Goofy, and maybe some other people can join in the fray.

Xion

Roxas

Lea

Ven

Terra

Aqua

Mickey

No one said it'll be 7 vs. 13 only and depending on how much of 3D's opening you want to go by Donald and Goofy will at least be included.
