There's a Visit Option that leads to those three options. What should I do?

If you finished the other worlds and finished them, then it'll take you back to Traverse Town, from what I can remember.

Hmm usually when the world is ready for you to start the next segment of the story, it'll say "Visit This World". If you finished The Grid, Prankster's Paradise and La Cite de Cloches (probably spelled wrong) for both Sora and Riku, you should be allowed to visit Traverse Town for the second time. You can keep Riku in Traverse Town and level up while you finish Sora's story for the Grid and any other world he hasn't finished in those three. Afterward, I believe Riku's cutscene will be in the First District and Sora's will be in the Fifth District. I think this is right because I had the same problem...leveled up Riku too fast Hopefully this helps and is correct.

 

And it's up to you but I usually put them in worlds closer to each other so I can keep track of treasures, leveling and stories so they kinda flow better instead of me forgetting them

You can only proceed with the story if you have beaten the first four worlds as BOTH Sora and Riku. Their story in Traverse Town coincide with each other, so it makes sense for you to have to unlock them at the same time. Finish with Sora before you can proceed with Riku. So as not to waste Riku's Drop, just grind for levels or look for chests.
