celebrating 3d with stereoscopic 3d hd videos like KH and FF

Hello everyone me and my brother like to make videos every now and then. We made some tatsunoko combo movies and recently namco x capcom combo movies. and finally Kingdom Hearts FM opening 1 and 2 plus FFX in stereoscopic 3d hd conversion. ever since we played kingdom hearts dream drop distance, we belive there should be more stereoscopic videos out there.

Kingdom Hearts FM openings is converted with a program we dont use anymore because it is horrible. It did its job the best it can.

Final Fantasy X all summons videos, we used a diffrent program and the results are much better.

Note: the videos both support red cyan as well as nvidia 3d vision.

Note 2: I have converted anime in 3d episode 56 of fma brotherhood, code geass r2, and fairy tail. for our own viewing and it is wonderful more beautiful than we ever imagined.

EDIT: I made more proper 3d moviues for kingdom hearts.

This 3d is not bs it is True 3d you must have a 3d hd monitor or a 3d hdtv herei is how to play it through a ps3 connected to a 3d hd tv.

Step 1: copy the url from the 3d hd video

step 2: use a youtube downloader (i use keepvid.com and if you are using keepvid it will ask you to run java. Click yes.) paste the url

step 3: a list should come up. download in mp4 format either in 720 or 1080 with a 3d symbol by it.

step 4: copy the video file to the ps3

step 5: play the video file and then pending on the file choose either side by side or top and bottom. My videos are side by side, as most usually are, some use top and bottom.

In 3D, each 'eye' needs to have been recorded on a different angle. In short, You made both eyes always be the same image and so the videos look flat (2D).

In this video, per example, I tried to make 3D images with scenes in which the camera moved from right to left and used a program to join them as MPO images. I made a website along with a member in this website filled with images made like that. Since the left eye is to the left and the right eye is to the right, it gives the impression of 3D.

So can you tell me why I can't see 3D with those red and blue glasses, but I can with the new glasses and with the 3DS? I'm just curious to see if anyone knows.

That... really depends on what you're talking about. About the functionality of the red/blue glasses, They work a bit differently but essentially the same. The "blue" lenses will only show that eye the red part of the image, and the red lenses will only show that eye the blue part of the image. So either way, each eye will see a different image. Now, per example, the 3DS's 3D works because the 3DS has a special screen(Or better, 3 screens, 2 for 3d, one for 2d) that sends the left eye's image directly to the left eye and the right eye image directly to the right eye. There's no little trick involved.

To try to answer your question, do you mean they never work, or they don't work for something in particular? Maybe it's just that you don't notice the depth as much, since it is an older method of seeing stereoscopic 3D.

i mean it looks just like normal. My mom has the same problem, but doesn't know what causes it. It looks just as flat as it normally is.

Maybe the glasses aren't the same shade of color as the red/blue on the screen. I'm not sure though. No one uses those, anyway, so it shouldn't be much of a problem.

These are in fact 3d I have tested them with both my acer gd235hz and my vizio 30 inch passive 3d tv.

I am sorry the Kingdom Hearts video is not red cyan because I messed up during encoding with a crappy program. I will upload more vids of KH in proper 3d format where it contains red cyan 3d data like my FF X vids.

2d to 3d conversion programs I used for kingdom hearts is dvdfab 2d to 2d conversion, for final fantasy x asieesoft total video converter platinum.

Loser: dvdfab, there isn't much you can do and the 3d effect can only go so far. and it is really bad at sometimes just failing during conversion.

Winner: asieesoft, They have more tools that you can use, you can set the depth of 3d even further, if you wanted as well as got good encoding option and most of all Better performance.

I converted a whole episode. Episode 56 of FMA: BrotherHood and that came out real beautiful.

if you like new age 3d you should definitly subscribe I plan on doing a lot of rpgs and fighting games.
