Ok if 1.5 comes out in America and it has Final mix to kh1 won't they need to start Soras voice acting all over again because some scenes that are only in FM that have Sora in it he will need his English voice and in kh1 Sora has a higher pitched voice. So they may need to have HJO voice for Sora all over again for kh1FM.

In all final mixes, all new scenes were only done in Japanese. If the game was played in Japanese, the new scenes were fully voiced. If the game was played in English, the new scenes were silent with Japanese subtitles. I believe.

tutti frutti. Square may just keep the voices of KH1FM as they are. Either way I'm just lookin forward to the game.

The only new scene with Sora -- where he also talks -- is the one where he meets Xemnas. And what they did there was to reuse sound clips from other places in the game. The only problem lies with Riku who got two new scenes. One showing him arriving at Hollow Bastion and other showing his heart is trapped in the Realm of Darkness. However, Riku's voice haven't changed all that much and they can probably pull it off somehow.

Agreed. Riku's voice hasn't really changed, as opposed to Sora's which has completely changed octaves. I actually would rather they keep the old voice and just tweak the encounter with Xemnas to cut out Sora's lines.

But Sora's lines in that scene is no problem. They reused lines from him from other parts from the game. Sora and goofy speaks in English while encountering Xemnas in the Final Mix. No need to tweak it.
