Correct me if i'm wrong but is the reason xemnas/ansem sod both have amber/orangey eyes are because of ansem the wise and taking his identity.cuz xehanorts yellow eyes mixed with terras blue made a brown eyed amnesic xehanort.And ansem the wise had redish/orangey eyes.

I wouldn't think so. If that were true, then all the other Xehanorts would have that color eyes for the same reason and I don't see that working. I think maybe the Terra part of Apprentice Xehanort may just not have carried over to the heartless and nobody. And I don't know if the brown and reddish eyes together would make golden.

Ansem SoD and Xemnas have the same eyes as their original self, Apprentice Xehanort. When Master Xehanort took over Terra's body, his eyes changed from blue to yellow. Then after Ansem finds him, AX's eyes(and body becomes darker) change color to orange due to Master Xehanort being in Terra's body over a long period of time.

Xehanort only stole Ansem's name, nothing else.
