I need help completing the episodes for:

 

Kilika Island

Moonflow

Bevelle

 

They all currently say "Episode Concluded" on the Location list.

 

And also what do I do in the Calm Lands for Chapter 5?

I don't really remember... It's been quite a while since I've had the game...

Well, it says to go to a temple, Kilika, Besaid's, or Bevelle's.

Choose Bevelle's if you want a challenge,

Kilika or Besaid, if you don't want one.

Then go down to a large platform that's supposedly inside the temple.

Ah. I think the Moonflow episode had something to do with a wounded shoopuf or something.

And I think in Kilika you have to help some guys get material to build stuff. I remember something in particular, though. When you first get off the ship at the dock, go to the far left, bottom corner and there should be a guy there with a scope looking at the far-off island.

 

EDIT: The Moonflow episode may have had something to do with some Al-Bhed too. *_*

Let's see. It's been a while since I played this game, but if my memory is right...

 

For the Moonflow, you have to have done the concert sidequests through the other chapters, I believe, and done them well.

 

For Kilika, it might have something to do with Dona and Barthello, but explore and talk to people to be sure.

 

For Bevelle, you have to have used the Comm Spheres in chapter 4 for Zanarkand, or you can go to the bottom of the Via Infinito (warning: it's f**king hard).

 

For Calm Lands, you have to have sided with one of the two competing game parties in the earlier chapters and done that sidequest.

I'm pretty sure Episode Concluded means you failed to do what you needed to in order to finish it properly. If you've saved, you're screwed.
