In the year 2981, interplanetary travel became a daily routine for Earth and many other planets. Every planet was soon inhabited by not only the native race, but other aliens and humans as well. Immortality is also common among human and alien races. The current year is 3999, and interplanetary and interstellar crime runs rampant. Fortunately, a new breed of law enforcers have been created, and with them, a new kind of weapon. New cryogenic weaponry has replaced many normal weapons. Minor offenders are cryogenically frozen as small figurines, whereas the more violent offenders get encased in data cards. The Galactic Crime War has begun.
