Even Japanese people like to deep throat with each other once in a while. It's human nature.

It must be annoying to be a doctor in Japan and having to use that word probably close to everyday of your career... and then having all your patients sneering at the sound of the word.

 

Or maybe I'm the one taking it a little too far.
