In a space station in the very center of the universe, a figure named Gorth Thunderhammer, the current head of the Galactic Enforcers, was walking through the containment bay. "Hmm, we seem to be doing well in these past years." Gorth said to himself.

Blazestriker had just entered the containment bay, he was out of breath as he had run the entire way. "Sir, we have an outbreak of crime followers in the Mechoran galaxy, they're being overrun." said Blazestriker.

"This is troubling, assemble everyone you can and dispatch immediately." said Gorth. Blazestriker nodded and sounded the enemy attack alarm to assemble everyone he could.

Melody had been on the phone with her fiance when the alarm sounded. She jumped in surprise, and then sighed. "Got to go, Stark." She clicked the glowing red off button. Was the idea of peace in the universe really so difficult for criminals to understand? Did they really have to interrupt every part of her life? Melody grumbled to herself, gathering her weaponry and concealing them underneath her vest. She jogged in the direction of the containment bay, hoping whatever mission she was going to be sent on would be quick. Maybe she'd get to rescue an alien space cat from a tree. She slowed when she reached the heavy steel doors of the containment bay, and pushed them open to see the head of the Galactic Enforcers and another Galactic Enforcer beside him. "I'm the first here for once." She noted. "Do I get a pay raise or something?"

Atlagon laughed--a chilling, cold sound of hate. All of the puny, weak little citizens were terrified him, and he hadn't even killed anyone yet. He raised his cryo-blaster toward the sky, firing off aimless shots that only panicked the citizens further. He was a little disappointed to see that the streets were quickly emptying, and no Galactic Enforcers were even attempting to come to the citizens' rescue. Atlagon liked to fight; in fact, it was about the only form of self-expression he could manage. One of his hired criminals--a petty thief--was bouncing up and down beside him, overcome with excitement. "I've never pulled off anything this big, Mr. Draden!" He squealed.

"Not really, but you do get first dibs on the briefing, i can't give you all the details just yet, we are still waiting on a few rookies and a couple more high ranking enforcers, but what i can tell you is that we're going to the Mechoran galaxy, more specifically, planet Warzone, the inhabitants gave it that name after the end of the galactic war, if you remember that from your theory training." said Blazestriker.

(I won't be able to get on much, so yeah...)

A large, armored, and lanky alien walked through a space station. His only goal at the moment was to entice panic, among other things.

"Heh," The alien said, his mandibles clicking. He smashed a wall panel, and grabbed his rifle, gunning down any service droids that dared to get in his way.

"I am surprised.... No Enforcers...." As soon a he said that, though, two Galactic Enforcers rounded a corner quickly aiming their cryo-blasters at the alien.

"Halt!" One said, readying his own blaster.

The alien managed something that looked like a smile, which, with his mandibles, helmet, and glowing alien armor, made him look all the more threatning.

Before the guards could react to him, a shadowy figure appeared behind them, shooting them both in the head.

"Excellent timing as ever, Keith."

"Of course." The figure responded, coming into the light. He held a cocky smile as he fixated the glasses on his face. His red eyes gleamed mischievously.

"It is my job, after all, Lord Ir'Lan. Now, shall we be on our way?"

Lenif Foxfurde:

I walked into containment bay and found three other's there. "Sounds like another job." I said calmly as tail swished behind her. She walked over to the three. "Where's it at." I said getting right to my point as always. "Hope it's more work than last time." When I had took the job I had wanted to fight evil across...well everywhere. So far it wasn't working up to what I had joined for.

"Right, since we're here, let's get moving." said Blazestriker as he headed to the launch bay. "So, here's the run down of our mission, we don't know how many there are, but what we do know is that this is one of the larger attacks, ever since last year, the crime lords have been getting more desperate for new territory, seeing as most of their old territories have have been swept and cleared by us, now, keep your eyes peeled on this planet, there's still a bit of chaos and destruction left over from the galactic war." said Blazestriker as he reached the launch bay.

And here it was--another mission to fight off some alien scum. Melody wasn't sure whether to feel annoyed or proud. Annoyed because the criminals couldn't get a real job, or proud because she and the other Galactic Enforcers had forced them into a theoretical corner? She brushed her bangs out of her eyes and instinctively laid a hand on her cryo-blaster. Melody was a methodical person. Mentally, she ran through every tactic she'd learned about how to fight a criminal, and all of the fancy karate moves she hadn't forgotten. It was almost a game now--the Galactic Enforcers would decimate the criminal population, and then somehow they would all grow back in larger, more powerful numbers, like a hydra. What the Galactic Enforcers needed was the figurative fire to burn the stumps. That is, a way to stop the criminals once and for all. Because Melody had a feeling that no matter how many criminals they wiped out today, double the number would take their place. An old phrase popped into her head. "We can win the battle but lose the war." Of course, the battle and war were supposed to be theoretical, but in Melody's world, she would have no such luck.

Atlagon lumbered toward a tall, rusting metal-and-brick building. He assumed it was an apartment complex, and where there were apartments, there were people, and people were born to be robbed by him. Especially this apartment. He knew this was where the galaxy's gold stores were hidden, chosen because of its odd location. A devilish grin spread across his face. The human thief at his side smiled impishly, obviously trying to mimic Atlagon and gain his approval. Atlagon certainly didn't mind being a role model to fellow criminals. After all, this 'criminal' had done what? Robbed a few banks? That was child's play to Atlagon. He wanted real profit and to go down in a feat of glory. And stealing a few tons of gold certainly seemed to fit the bill.

edit: guys, you might want to make your posts a little longer.

(I have returned! Also, I edited my first post a bit, I wanted to add some more to it.)

Ir'Lan and Keith quickly jogged (though Ir'lan's 'jog' was more like a swift walk) out of the area, not wanting to attract any more attention from the Enforcers, at least, from that section.

"Attention." A siren blared, "A boarding report has been logged in section A, deck 7. All personnel, please report there immediately."

"Think we got them riled up?" Keith asked, smirking.

"Not yet. Throw in the EMP." Ir'Lan responded, handing Keith a small electronic box. Keith pressed a button, and tossed it behind him. The two of them quickened their pace, not wanting to get caught in the pulse, which could shut down Keith's implants, along with Ir'Lan's armor.

Unfortunately for them, the bay door in front of them closed, locking itself.

"Damn." Ir'Lan muttered.

Gorth saw Ir'Lan and Keith on a security monitor in the briefing room, and turned on the speakers to "Chat" with them. "As you two have probably noticed, i have sealed every exit from that room, there is no possible escape for you and i have activated the failsafe for that room, so your EMP will not effect this station, however, should both of you decide to give up now, i will show mercy on you and will MAYBE, soften my judgment." said Gorth over the speakers.

Ir'Lan looked up at the speaker. "So, the Enforcer's are making us play a little game, eh?" Ir'Lan nodded to Keith, who turned to the EMP.

Quickly, Keith pulled out his blaster, -a high-end black market handgun- and fired a bolt into the EMP. It exploded, sending off the shockwave as intended. What it also did, an extra design put in, was to explode when shot.

If activated by normal means, it would simply discharge and shut off any electronics. However, when shot, it would stop generating a charge and explode, dampening the effects. Even then, it knocked out Ir'Lan's shields, and Keith's connection to their ship was severed.

"Now, Keith!" Ir'Lan said, and Keith proceeded to shoot the console for the bay door. With the door's connections destroyed by the EMP, it was nothing but a thick wall of steel.

Lenif Foxfurde:

I give a quick smile. "This won't be that bad." My brain told me. "Of the all the things!" I mumbled under my breath. I looked down at my wepon belt. "Wow~ You sure made 'em mad Gothy." I said and laughed. "Now that's what I'm talking about! Fun~" I gave a small clap. "I'll go stop 'em for you two's. At least in till you can spare a better hand." Isaid."They're in the bay area, right?" I asked with a wink. "Seems like my day just got a kick start." I said. It wasn't like I joined to help people. I just wanted the next trill. I join simply to goof off, have power, own weapons that were cool and fight. That was it. So something like this just my speed.

'Watch my back." Ir'Lan said, and Keith took position, holding his blaster while blending into the shadows again. The hole the EMP made wasn't big, but it was leaking gasses. It may have hit part of the air system.

Ir'Lan took out a metal rod, and pressed a button. It came to life as a blue, prismatic sword-like weapon. Ir'Lan proceeded to repeatedly slice into the door, slowly but surely cutting through.

Just need to hit the wiring, He thought, once it's cut for good, the door will open nice and easy.

"Remind me again, what we are doing here, Lord." Keith said, looking at Ir'Lan. Keith had known Ir'Lan for only about 5 years, the two meeting one another aboard a civilian transport. At that time, Ir'Lan was a petty pickpocket, and Keith, a young Enforcer. And now, both are freelance mercenaries/ Crime Lords.

"We're here for the credits, Keith." Ir'Lan responded, and Keith slowly nodded.

Gorth was now in the hall in front of Ir'Lan and Keith as he left the briefing room after they destroyed the door of the room they were trapped in. "I see you're stubborn, it looks like I'll have to take matters into my own hands." said Gorth. Gorth then pulled out a small device that was new for the Enforcers and threw into on the ground directly in front of Ir'Lan and Keith. "You two are charged with attempted sabotage of a Galactic Enforcer HQ." said Gorth. The device started beeping. "If you surrender now, I will soften your sentence, if you don't, you'll find out what that device does the hard way." said Gorth.

"Quite keen on softening our sentences, aren't you? Lord Ir'Lan....what do suggest we do?" Keith said, mocking Gorth.

Ir'Lan chuckled, and put his hands up. "We'll just surrender for now."

Keith nodded. He knew to trust Ir'Lan's decisions, as his decisions were almost always perfect. Following Ir'Lan's decision, Keith too put his hands up.

"We surrender....Enforcer...for now." Ir'Lan said, smiling.

  • Lenif Foxfurde:

I sighed. "Gothy"I said a few feet behind him. "I was going to have fun with them." I wined. After I mumbled something under my breath. "Oh well~ What ya' ganna with them Gorth?" I asked. "Opps." I mumbled. Then I sighed."I was totally going to fight us guys too~ It would've been fun." I said. I gave the floor a kick. "Yeah,I was going have fun with this. Break out quickly guys~" I gave Keith a wink. "Yeah, anyway, that mission...can I still go on it?" I asked and gave Gorth a look. Then I sighed. "Yeah...." I was going to go either way.

"Lenif, you may go with Blazestriker and those others who are with him, but be cautious, remember the ammount of times you had to run through the simulator because of you eagerness." said Gorth. Gorth then looked to Ir'Lan and Keith. "As for you two...." said Gorth as a few Enforcers showed up behind Ir'Lan and Keith. "Follow me." said Gorth as he began walking down the hall.

Lenif Foxfurde:

I sigh. "Do really think I'd die?" I asked. This kind of made me angry. Training wasn't real life after all. "Ugh! Gorth, your so stupid sometimes. That the one thing you don't tell a person." I sighed at the thought. I had been told the stupidest thing I had ever heard. 'Don't die' was the one thing every dang that anyone could do and I was more than anybody. I mean, I'm here right? "Well incase you do then change your mind now. Living is what I do the best, oh and watch what you say. You never know what I could do~" I teased.

  • Author

"You may go, as i said, just stay close to the others, human and alien alike are not at their best when divided, so stick together, that's all i ask." said Gorth.

Blazestriker was boarding the transport cruiser that was taking everyone to Warzone. "Hey, you guys coming or what, Warzone doesn't have all day ya know." said Blazestriker with a small smirk.

"Yes, Lenif, you should go, shouldn't you? Wouldn't want to get yourself hurt now~" Keith said with his own smirk.

"Keith?" Ir'Lan said muttered, "Yes?" Keith snidely responded.

"Shut it."

Keith mumbeled something about never getting to have any fun, and both him and Ir'Lan began to follow Gorth down the corridor.

"So....uh, what's our plan?" Keith said, and Ir'Lan shrugged. "Actually....don't have one yet."

"Ah," Keith said, "It's one of those plans. Excellent."

Groth stopped in front of an old containment cell that the Enforcers used before cryo-weapons were even created. "Both of you, get in here, and the door is electrified on the inside, so if you try and escape, fifty-thousand volts will jolt through your body and temporarily paralyze you...so, do the smart thing, won't you?" said Gorth as he waited for Ir'Lan and Keith to get into their cell.

Ir'Lan stepped into the containment cell, having to kneel down a bit due to his tall stature. Keith followed suit, soon finding themselves in a very boring, dull, jail cell.

"Whelp." Keith said, whistling, "This is...fun." And then a whisper to Ir'Lan- "Got that plan ready yet?"

Ir'Lan gave a twitch of the shoulder, showing Keith he did in fact have a plan. Ir'Lan was one to notice small details, something that had caused the the deaths of many Enforcers.

Lenif Foxfurde:

I let my laugh ring out. "Gosh~ I don't know what I could do." I said. I sighed and boreded transport cruiser. "Clam yourself would you." I said. I gave a slight smile. "It's not like you could really leave me~" I said jokingly and smiled again. "I geuss it's fine either way." I said. I smiled slightly. "I'd be fine no matter what." I said I gave a smile."Anyways let's go and kick some butt~" I said with glee.

"Right, let's go, but a reminder to all first time travellers, rule number one, stay close and never let your guard down, and stay close, we work as a team." said Blazestriker as he took the controls of the cruiser and took off.

Gorth was back in the briefing room, keeping a close eye on Ir'Lan and Keith. "If I know criminals, those two are going to attempt to escape, but the one thing they don't know, this is more than an HQ, this was designed as a fortress." Gorth said to himself.

Ir'Lan studied the force field in front of him, slowly going over it's finest details, looking for anything, any clue as to a fault it may have. Sure enough, Ir'Lan could detect a slight ripple in the upper-right corner.

"So..." Keith began, tilting his head. "What's your big escape plan?" Ir'Lan patted his gun holster.

"Simple...that idiotic Enforcer forgot to take away our guns." With that, Ir'Lan popped out his final EMP, and tossed it at the corner where the field was faulty. The explosion went off, sustained enough to knock out the field, Ir'Lan's shielding, the lights, cameras, and Keith's implant that let him listen to music at any point.

Lenif Foxfurde:

"Yeah~,yeah." I muttered. I nodded. "I know, I know. Work together, blah, blah, blah." I said. I gave a weak smile and said. "Let's just~ get there and have some fun... er... fight bad guys." I said with a wide smile. After I sighed and gave him a 'I'm bored' look. "Wait do you hear beeping, cuse I hear some and that's a bad thing." I said. I sighed and looked at the floor. "Well~ I geuss. It's hope to you where you hear it or not." I said. "Though I think it might have to do with the base." I said and looked at Blazestricker. I give him a weird look.

  • Author

"I wouldn't worry about the base right now.....INCOMING!!!!!" shouted Blazestriker as he started using evasive maneuvers to avoid a fleet of missiles heading for the ship. "Everybody Hang On, We're Going In!" called Blazestriker as he brought the ship towards the atmosphere and down towards the planet.

Gorth heard the explosion from the cell, and figured that Ir'Lan and Keith had done one of the stupidest things he'd ever seen. "You do realize that by using an EMP that close to yourselves, you've just made the hunt much easier." said Gorth.
