The communist countries have token over and now call this world 'Conumis'. Due to this, many...many people have died. The remaining are controlled by Korea, the main county after they joined nations with everyone else. Technology has advanced and people are relived of the suffering because of the technology. One thing though is still terribly wrong. 'They' are after the few left that 'They' call "Outcast". 'Their' true group name is called "The Resigned". The Resigned, Having betrayed Korea, have full determination of finding "The Outcast" and forcing them to join their group and help with the recovery of the near by nations.
But what have the Outcast done?
The outcast have things people would call 'powers' from the advanced technology. For their powers, they have left their families, trying to avoid the Resigned. They don't quiet know each other yet, but they are to meet.

I want at least 3 to 4 lines
Post "Outcast" at the bottom of your sheet or if your a Resigner then post "Resigner"
Keep Fights, and Launguge, also romance (an RP is most of the time always finished if it has romance, I'd like to see that have that, it would help) ALL PG-13!
Up to three characters unless I give you permission.
