I feel horrible for saying this, but I know everyone wants to know what the heck is up with Ienzo...

Well, (Pre-advanced gore/sad warning) maybe his body was so mutilated by the unversed when he lost his heart (gross I know) that in order to become a nobody, he had to have anther body made? And maybe his body was created from his memories, so that's why he's older looking. In a literal sense, Maybe his 'expiriances shaped him'?

indeed, everyone aged 10 years before they became nobodies. That is why they are older in KH2 and young in BBS.

Actually, no one knows how many years members 7-12 had, since they were found at different times than the first six(since the first six were ones playing with the experiments and became Heartless at the same time).

The first six members only had one year to grow. KHI says the HB incident happened 9 years before KHI. BbS is 10 years before. The first six members become Heartless/Nobodies during the HB incident. That means only one year to grow.

 

Some say that the HB incident could have lasted a while, and that Ienzo and the others became Heartless near the end of it, meaning that they could age more.

 

Nomura might have changed his mind about Nobodies aging, or the HB incident date has been changed.

Axel could have changed at any time between BbS and KHI. Ienzo is part of the first six members, meaning he only had one year to grow, as explained above.

Nomura said that Nobodies don't age, but maybe they age a little during the process of becoming a Nobody. Maybe that's why Ienzo looks older.

this is probably going to be one of those plot-holes that they did with 358/2 days so they will probably make a game that explains everything
