How do I get Curaga?

I want to create curaga but I do not know how to. Please help, I am at the keyblade graveyard and its too hard.

    If you're on Critical mode cura will most likely fully restore your hp anyway.

    there are several ways to make curaga, and you didn't even list the most efficient one. Cura + Cure = Curaga
