A Final Fantasy question about David Bowie.

Would he be better off portraying either the Emperor Mateus of Palamecia or Sephiroth if they were to ever make a Final Fantasy live action film with both of those Characters or just either one of them in it? personally, i think the Emperor would be a much better role for David Bowie to portray then Sephiroth since the Emperor kind of looks like how David Bowie was as Jareth the Goblin King from the film Labyrinth.
