In the first Kingdom Hearts Sonic Blade was a special ability obtained after speaking to Cloud in the Olympus Coliseum. Sora could rage across the field 7 times at lighting speed, and after pressing "rave" 5 times, "blast" would appear. My rating: 8/10, because of invincibility and speed. In Kingdom Hearts Re: Chain of Memories, Sonic Blade was an attack sleight obtainable at LV26, in which you could also rocket across the field 7 times, except now slower and with a more powerful feel. My rating: 10/10 because you could knock the heck out of enemies. In Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep, Sonic Blade was an ultimate attack command boasting the same physics as Re: Chain of Memories, with slightly less range. My rating: 9.999999999999999999/10, because of Re: Chain of Memories nostalgia, but some enemy attacks could still send you flying. Finally, in Kingdom Hearts Dream Drop Distance, Sonic Blade was an ultimate attack command (correct me if I'm wrong) where Sora would rush enemies multiple times, simple as that. It lacked its roots. My rating: 2/10, because it felt weak and didn't get me a nostalgic feel. I will give it one thing though, RAVING IN THE AIR! I just wanted to sum up this wonderful skill in the past Kingdom Hearts games.
