Hi, Sky Heart here. Haven't posted anything in months since it's been an off-season for Kingdom Hearts for me. Recently caught up with the updates with Kingdom Hearts HD 1.5 ReMIX and I was reading one of the translated interviews and came across something I found interesting. And it follows:

 

 

"---And now, finally, a message for fans of Kingdom Hearts, please.

Nomura: The story we have been telling consistently so far, which is called the Xehanort Saga, bears the formal name of ‘Seeker of Darkness Chronicle’. Before we look to the conclusion of this ‘Seeker of Darkness Chronicle’, I would love for you to prepare with the HD remake."

 

I know I am probably over-analyzing it, but the official title of the Xehanort Saga has been dubbed the Seeker of Darkness Chronicle. So what are the chances that the next saga will be something of this nature; Guardian(s) of Light Chronicle? 

I just found it odd and it is a strong possibility, considering the "new characters" and the story about the Keyblade War has yet to be told. Also, the story of who were the first Keyblade Wielders/Masters who actually started to protect Kingdom Hearts hasn't hit the light of the audience/players yet.

 

The idea was from Kingdom Hearts 3D when Yen Sid spoke of the 13 Seekers of Darkness and 7 Guardians of Light, if anyone was wondering how I arrived to the theory. 

Ehh, I talk to much, but consider it anyway. :]

For all intensive purposes the Seeker of Darkness Chronicles is also the "Guardians of Light Chronicles" because of how they correlate side by side. The guardians of light are as important as they are partly because of the seekers of darkness and since the GoL are the protagonist we already focus almost completely on them.

@Nomura - Compared to what he did to TAV, death would just be a slap on the wrist. Do not let him off that easy.

Xehanort clearly studied the events of a past war, so he wasn't the first one to try to use Kingdom Hearts to reshape the universe. The thirteen and seven may not be even, but I read somewhere, if there were 7 Princesses of Heart and 6 Keyblade wielders, with one being both a Keyblade wielder and Princess, it would even out. Assuming Kairi will be one, it would make sense. 13 = 7 + 6
