TWEWY2/TWEWY2-2:

Years later after the events of The World Ends With You, much has changed in the game. A new Composer has taken the place of Joshua, and the Game has still been taking place. New Reapers have become a part of the Game, new Players following. In a goal to survive, the Players were forced to team up with unlikely allies, some discovering relationships that they had in their life before death. Memories were slowly restored to the Players, even some of the Reapers. Realizing the common enemy, the Players and Reapers teamed up in order to face the Composer on the Final, 7th, day. After finding out their enemy was just a girl, the Game was ended before they could destroy her and the Players were sent to yet another Game, this time taking place in a different world. However, an ancient evil was awakened and took the body of one of the Player's father's, who also happened to be a Reaper. Thus he traveled to the new world with the Players and announced his goals of bringing this Game to its destruction. Many conflicts occur and the back stories of the characters are developed even further, some of the people developing relationships they would have never expected. For the majority of the second RP, the main villain is the ancient evil who announces himself as the first Reaper, going by the name of Oron. He makes allies with other Reapers and people who share his beliefs in order to combat the Players trying to stop him from destroying this world and them along with it, but when Oron is left with nowhere left to run, most of his followers betray him and Oron is seemingly killed in front of everyone's eyes, ushering in a new stage of hope for the Players. They refocus on their task of completing this Game and finding the Composer that seems to have taken to hiding, but when Oron is revealed to have survived through one of the Players, one of the four original Guardians of Balance, J, has come to eliminate Oron and all those who get in his way. Everyone is forced to team up in order to survive against this new threat, as he brings out the darkness in everyone, claiming he is a protector of balance and will destroy those that disrupt it. In a climatic showdown, the Players hear a revelation that there are three more Guardians, each far more powerful than him that will eventually avenge him, and after a lengthy, tiring battle, they destroy the antagonist and are transported back to the Earth. They are given a second chance at life and are told to live normal lives and for many years they do...... But ten years later, that's all about to change.

 

Story-
The Players have been living their lives for years after the intense battle with the monster J, some growing up and leading a normal lifestyle while others have decided to train and improve their skills. Thinking the threat is long since diminished, the Players are finally seeing peace for the first time in a long time. Their actions all those years ago will not go without more consequence however, as three incredibly powerful villains (the remaining Guardians) have been waiting and deciding on the perfect time to end this world and all those who exist within it. For now though, its just an ordinary day, and nothing appears to be wrong..... but that's about to change. The previous Players won't be able to do this alone though, they'll need to enlist all the help they can get from others, people who are yet to experience the Game with them.
