Make a note of it or recite it several times.

Don't think about it. The memory will still be there but if you don't think about it you won't counciously remember it.

1-Right some notes, or in hand, or keep saying it out loud xD

2-The trick is not to keep thinking "Forget about it, forget about it", but do something else, and distract your mind so you'd eventually forget.

Become an elephant, and elephant never forgets...but I forgot what the elephant remembered.

Depends on your mind.

Hit yourself with a bat. (Forgot to write the rest, sorry me stupid.)

Anwyays.

Write notes, to remind yourself.

And if you want to forget something, fall down the stairs.

Or try doing something that keeps your mind off of it

I'm sorry but if you're looking for a method to loose your memory , then you are at a stop. The only thing you can do is use drugs. But it will firetruck your life over so don't do that. Listen to everyone else, just don't think about it or you can replace that memory with something even worse/better. That's what I do :)

Remembering things can be relatively easy.  I'd jot down whatever it is that you're trying to remember and refer to it frequently to keep it fresh in your mind.  I'm not sure whether you're referring to remembering important dates/details or instead precious memories, but that tactic should work for both.

As for forgetting things...  That one's a little more complicated. Some people have no problem letting go of things, but if you're anything like me with OCD, it's extremely hard to forget anything that you'd like to (namely problem-related).  My advice would be to train your mind not to think about whatever it is you'd like to forget, either by uttering "no" aloud to get yourself to stop, or whenever the thought enters your mind instantly redirect it to another thought.  Something I like to do when I'm dwelling over things I'd rather forget is think about a particular fandom I'm interested in, and try to think deeply about its characters and perhaps different outcomes of a story.

Another thing you might want to consider is writing whatever it is down that you're wanting to forget, and then seal it away in a drawer.  Whenever you start to think about it you must stop yourself and say, "I've got it covered--it's in the drawer," and distract yourself from thinking about it.  Again, it really depends on what you're trying to forget, but those are a few things that I've found work for me.  I wish you the best of luck!
