Today was the first of August...well as Lamia thought. She hasn't been keeping up with the dates. It is supposed to be very hot this month...at least next month, things start cooling down, then winter moves in. The fall was probably the best time for her. It gave her plenty of time to get rid of her stuff for summer and start getting ready for the winter. The cafe was a terrible place during the seasons. It burned up during summer and froze during the winter. Lamia sneaked out of the door and down the ally way. She didn't have her weapon, so she could get killed easily, but she wasn't going to let that happen. Maybe she'd get lucky and find her some food, or some stuff for winter. And hopefully, nobody would find her. 

Kotoko realized what was going on and quickly turned around, about to jump to the next building.

"Ohhh no you don't." The policeman said grabbing her ponytail and yanking her back. She quickly responded by kicking his legs out from under him. As he fell to the ground, she ran to the edge, jumped off, and suddenly, before hitting the ground, the policeman took out his pistol, and shot her in the arm.

Lamia sat there in silence, unaware about what was going on anywhere. She sat up after hearing a gun shot, pretty close by. Lamia stood up and grabbed her axe, stepping out the door and dragging the axe on the door behind her. She saw where the shot came from. A girl with red hair and a police were fighting.

"What the heck. Why did you shoot her?! She didn't do anything. Now she's going to die. You have to suffer the punishment she did for doing nothing..." Lamia said to the cop her hair covering her eyes, defending Kotoko, she cut her axe from the man's shoulder to his hip, straight through. Lamia whipped off the blood on her face.

"Are you okay?" she asked Kotoko.

"Ow.....okay....well, my arm is gushing with blood, and I think I just broke my entire right side by landing here without be ready for it. Nah, I'm okay." She said sarcastically, looking pale.

She held her arm, blood coming between her fingers, and tried to stand up.

"I'm dizzy." She said sitting down and looking up at her. "I feel like I'm about to pass out..... I think I'm alright....."

He gives him a look then took the PDA and typed something se and showed it to Kaze. "And youve been in there and theve been looking for me but ive been waiting for the time to get you out and hope you know i was the one who schedualed the transfer."

As Terry saw the whole situation,she quickly reacted to stop the fight.But it was too late.The Policeman shot her.Without thinking,she took her gun out and shot the cop in the head.Did it,she remind herself:"Wait...what about Joshua?How did he feels?"She looked at the boy and felt sorry for ruinig his childhood"I'm sorry"

"....Hope....Hope Mikomi........" said Hope, as he revealed his name towards Zephyr in a not so really bothered about anything kind of tone.

He looked over to 7. "You scheduled it huh. Then that's a different story." Kaze took his sword, sliced at his ankle, then sheathed his sword again. A noise of metal hitting the ground had occured. "I wont be needing this." He picked up a transmitter, then tossed it into a drain. "Now they will think i'm some crazy fast person or something." He giggled to the thought. 

Once again 7 showed him the pda " it was an inside job i had stayed hidden in their ranks for years. I then got a chance to get to their computer to schedual a transfer so i could save you. Its clear that my intentions are purr but if you wish for me to die then so be it"

Zephyr put his weapon away and extended his hand. "Names Zephyr." He greeted.

"........" Hope didn't say anything and mearly extended out his hand as well before using it to obviously shake Zephyr's whilst looking non expressive.

"So..." Zephyr scratched the back of his head "...what do mean?"

"....I mean....that....your....turning insane....or....you....already are." said Hope more or less towards Zephyr about Hope's previous statement of what he said to Zephyr not too long ago.

I watched everything happening here in a bit of shock. Soon, Terry shot too, killing the police officer right in front of my eyes. The bullet shot past me and the trigger ringed in my ears loudly. I was a bit in shock, perfectly fine otherwise. With a gulp and a bit of hesitation I was able to speak soon: "N-no Terry, don't apologize. I've been through worse." I said honestly. It seemed as though I was the ONE person in this world whom would NEVER kill another. It's wrong...evil. I wouldn't do it, I'd die before.

Kaze looked at 7, then shook his head. "I'll just be taking my leave. Thanks for helping me." Kaze smiled as he took his sword, and slowly walked out the door.

Number 48 ran over to me and sat, almost with a feline purr. "Found a live one..." I muttered. "Come on, 48, 66, let's go see what got caught today." I told the two Experimental Chimeras beside me. "Can I eat it?! Can I eat it?!" 66 squawked. "Maybe, 66. We'll see. I'll have to dissect before you eat anything on the body though. I HAVE to dissect a live human!" I responded to 66 and we all headed to the girl.

Number 16 slaughtered most of the officers and soon came prowling around, about to try and surely kill Joshua, Terry, Lamia, and Kokoto.

"Without me you would be stuck in their still. Headed for death row" rang the voice of the boy, his tone was a depressing.

Terry looked at Joshua feeling more sad about him.She realizide he never wanted to hurt somebody."I wish..I was kindhearted like him" she thought.Then she say the chimera's approaching to the shot girl.'Quick!We gotta hurry.Just get on my back,hold on tight!Don't forget that you have your gun!''As she got on her back she said" Are you ready?I'm about to jump."

"I understand that. But thanks to you, that doesnt really matter now." Kaze turned and shut the door. He walked down the street and turned a corner, disappearing into the shadows.

-he didnt let me finish. I wanted to tell bim about the others i had located. The other mad that could help us. And about the mad that were here before us- thought 7 as he sat in the warehouse alone. A clock hit the next hour and suddenly strings were pulled tight and alarms were set doors locked and lights gears slowly turned "ill be alone forever" he whispered to himself before falling asleep on the couch in the trap rigged one way entrance warehouse

"You're going to jump?!" I asked frantically. In truth, if I was with anyone that would jump to a near death and survive with, it'd probably be her. For now I just trusted her with a horrible feeling in my stomach. The Chimera was nearing us and I clenched the gun. It may not have been a person, hardly even an animal, but I decided to unsheathe one of my small daggers and throw it straight to the Chimera. "I'm ready...!" I exclaimed nervously to Terry as the dagger I threw had kept the Chimera away from us quite a few moments later. Neither a boar nor a cheetah would jump this with a knife pierced in its forehead.

"A Chimera? I thought these were fake!" Lamia exclaimed, hitting the creature hit her axe, leaving a gash on its nose and she ran quickly off.

"A Chimera...things in Mythology...what is going on? Am I hallucinating?" she asked herself as she reached the cafe.

Was being completely unable to stand annoying? So terribly yes. Though the nervousness only grew at steps. "Of course it brings crazies with it. Just my bet damn day I really should just light myself on fire." Turning her head she held the lighter dangerously close to the gas tank. The small flame flicker slightly while she continued her debate on whether or not to do it. Her other hand remained closed around her beloved sword.

"Good job"She smile"Let's go!"She ran like a cheetah and did the same thing like she did on the higher tower.This time there were no cables.But she had another trick in her sleeve.As they were falling near the hotel's windows,there was some floors with only glass.Terry took of her samurai ksword she had it hidden in her kimono top and stabbed it in the windows as pieces of glass started to tare apart fall down.Her trick worked.They stopped from falling as terry held on the blade and fortunately they were near the floor.She quickly pull the blade out.landing on her feet.The good news were,the girl was there,uncouncious.The bad news were--The chimeras where near.They still didn't arrive,but they were coming.It left her such little time to think of a plan .Tery didn't knew what do."Um,Joshi,I know this is going to be a stupid question...Should we run or should we fight?

Number 16 wailed in pain like a boar. Gaining speed and soon up to a cheetah's seventy-five miles per hour mark, 16 caught up to the girl [Lamia] in a matter of seconds, pouncing her with all the speed, clawing and biting like a cheetah, with the force of a boar. The boar-horns hadn't impaled her yet.

"There she is!" 66 squawked with it's parakeet voice. I hadn't been able to see the girl yet, 66 had a stronger vision. "Can I eat her?! Can I eat her?!" 66 continued pestering. "Hold on 66. You're so damn gluttonous." I sighed, walking towards the girl still.

I felt quite a bit dizzy as I landed on the ground. I intentionally dropped myself to the floor to regain a sense of what's air and what's ground, eventually regaining balance. I stood back up to notice the girl and the Chimeras. "Uh..." I was in debate. Going against my normal instincts, this was a bad situation. "Normally I'd go away. But...we can't leave anyone here to die!" I told Terry and unsheathed two more daggers, keeping the gun where I wouldn't fire it unless needed.
