Strongest Commando in FFXIII-2?

Since I already have the Lightning(commando) I just want to know is it worth it getting the commandos if they are better than her.

    Chichu is the best monster commando, I've never used Commando Lightning so I don't know if she is better. But try it anyway.

    Golden Chocobo is also a good commando, but Chichu is way easier to get and IMO Chichu is a bit better.
