to play the entire game before u unlock all the difficulties or when u have to replay a game to get the extra stuff?

Yeaa, I hate it when you have to do that e.e Although if it's a really great game I don't mind replaying it to unlock extras.

Eh, it doesn't bother me too much. I rarely try to unlock extra things or anything of the sort. I play for the plot--if something isn't critical to enhancing it, then I don't care.
