i beat him in thst one yea!!!

focus more on dodging have 2 or 3 zero attack cards behind ur reload meter and everytime he uses a sleight use a zero card and when u run out reload

just get a lot of ice cards and mega ethers, then use blizzaga, (blizzard x 3)

until you run out, then use a mega ether, and do it over again,

 

if you run out of mega ethers, don't use blizzaga or blizzara any more, just use blizzard

 

it might be a good idea to bring some zero attack cards to break his sleights, but don't make sleights with them
