January 31, 201312 yr Both are very similar, but I'm very loyal to Kefka. I think he was one of the greatest villains in the series.
January 31, 201312 yr Kefka he became a freaking GOD of magic, sure joker has style of a glorious villain as a comicbook/movie character, I will give him props but Kefka is top.
January 31, 201312 yr Kefka SUCCEEDED in destroying the world, then became a god. Joker gets locked up in Arkham every day... I think you know my answer
January 31, 201312 yr Even though I'm not that expert in both series, I'd say Kefka. Joker makes his games, but doesn't accomplish much, compared to Kefka, who freaking destroyed the whole world and became a god.
January 31, 201312 yr Joker because he was created first and set the standard for insanity that clown-like villains seem to possess.
January 31, 201312 yr When people think of comic book villains, the Joker is the first to come to mind. When people think of FF villains, the first one to come to mind is Sephiroth. The Joker came before Kefka, so for all we know, Kefka is a ripoff of Joker. If what I said just angered you, then why so serious?
January 31, 201312 yr Kefka SUCCEEDED in destroying the world, then became a god. Joker gets locked up in Arkham every day... I think you know my answer Joker.
January 31, 201312 yr Really if your going to bring up who succeeded more than it's unfair question. Kefka appeared in one game where Joker has appeared dozens of times in different types of media, in comics the joker can't destroy the world since comics series since Batman has to continue after that arc so it has to be able to continue on and for movies you still have to make that 3rd movie so Joker can't blow up Gotham. Final Fantasy is short form storytelling most of the time where comics are long term. The Joker can be seen as having a different personality every day and writers see Joker in different ways where he either in love with Batman and will only be his villain or wants to see world burn or so on and so fourth. So the anwser is simple:
SO, who do you thin is the better villian? Kefka or The Joker?
