...what color belt do I have to be to wear this kind of uniform?

 

I come from Tae Kwon Do/Tuk Kong Mu Sool experience, so I can't say specifically, but generally here's how it works: Everyone wears the same uniform up until black belt. The black belts then have the option of picking a different uniform. If I had to guess I would assume probably a black belt.
