That's the thing, I didn't actually make this on any specific site. Instead, I downloaded two free image-editing software: Photoscape, and Paint.NET. With Photoscape I was able to download the original "What is Love" G.I.F and upload it to the editor. After that, I had to take every individual frame from the G.I.F, upload them to Paint.NET, then copy/paste the images I wanted into every single frame. THEN copy them back over to Photoscape and replace the original frames with the edited ones. It was a long and tedious process, but It worked. Sorry if this isn't the answer you wanted, but it really is a pretty complicated process.
