ABOUT 

When darkness
stretches to the far corners of the planet, who will be there to take

it out? When light is nearly impossible to find, who will look for it? On a

world where a legend comes real right before everyone’s eyes, will you save it?

 

LEGEND 

In this world there a
five light houses; light house of the North, the South, the East,

the West and the Core. These light houses fill our world with radiance and

fights away the darkness. But soon a dark cloud will rise and the light houses

will begin to shut off one by one. When this happens a key will be found; a key

to turn on the light houses.

 

SETTING 

Semi-Modern technology (guns, swords, gunblades, spears, arrows, knives, etc.), magic, no big cities,

 

OUTLINE 

You’ll start where
ever you wish but people must begin to group together at least by

page 3-5. No one may know where the key is or who will have it or even what it

may look like; just simply that it is. Once everyone is together and has formed

a party, we will head out in search of a way to turn the lighthouses back on

and the key of legend. At this time we will be confronted by the person who has

caused the light houses to turn off in the first place.

I will post characters throughout the RP but
they will all be dark as they will guide you to end of the story.

These characters will not be filled out by
character sheet but I will describe them well enough that it will give all the necessary
information needed

I actually want to make a sequel!!!

 

A dark cloud grew and grew of the western isles by the Terrea
Lighthouse; covering Esperanza Town, Rising Hills and Othello, anywhere nearby
was able to see the gigantic cloud in the sky. This cloud has been hovering for
a few days and then out of nowhere… the Lighthouse went out; creatures of pure
darkness began to rise and attack people for no reason as if they had no
control, just doing it for fun. They came in many different shapes and sizes
but none have been to big ……yet!

The cloud seems like its heading here” An old man in Rose Town began.

“I wonder what this means… you don’t think that-“Another man responded
but was cut off by an elderly woman.

“Shhhhh!!!! Don’t even think of that! If it went out we would be in
grave danger!” She forewarned. 

(I've got an idea!)

 

"Look out!" Sikota pushed Ciel out of the way and launched electrified cords a strange shadowy creature. The impact destroyed it but several more came out of the ground. "You all get to safety." Sikota said. 

could these things happen to be part of that dark cloud over Terrea? Sikota thought to himself. Well then, I won't let them take this place!"

Aerum Lighthouse-

"Emmmm?" The woman turned around, she had long purple hair and glowing purple eyes and wore a black clock that was nearly skin tight. "Balance you say? Well that just folly, where would that lead us? An endless war is where, good versus evil for all time but I wish to end such senseless struggles; eliminating the light is how to do it. As long as there is light a shadow will remain.......it ends with us...." She said then turned around to the boat that was confronted by the dark creature. "......do you know what those creatures are?"

Jordan batted Felix in the head with the other side of the spear. Felix tried to get away, and Jordan put his foot on his chest. "Felix. Get out of here before it's too late." Felix nodded and crawled away. Melissa stopped him. "Where are you going, Felix? I'm not doing this for myself..." "Really?" "Of course not! I'm doing it for my friends!" "I didn't know you had friends!" Melissa narrowed her eyes. "So be it," Melissa warned. She flipped the gun-blade so the blade was aiming at his face. "Can I have a few last words?" "NO!" Melissa stuck the blade into his chest instead, and Felix shrieked.

 

Jordan tensed up. "Oh no...Felix...I need to get out here!"

Ciel was about to answer the question to Sikota, but then she was pushed out on the floor. Then she looked around as many creatures appeared around them... the people was in panic... the priest and priestess were running to the harbor looking for safety out of the light house. 

What´s going on?! She asked panicked... but then a creature were running at her. She pulled out her staff on her back....

Stay away!! Aero! - Said this a wind blast hit on the creature vanishing it. She then got closer to Sikota: 

-Please help me to avoid them take out the lighthouse! She asked to him. 

 

Al was running under the rain, the streets of Filthel were empty as if the rain would wash away all signs of life. but then many echoes of screams began to sound from far. 

screams? but where are they..... then he looked at the lighthouse, over it the clouds were on a dark tone... just like with the other lighthouse to the east.... 

Darkness.... no way... then he reached the shore finding a ship to travel to the light house. 

"No problem, ma'lady!" The twin cords glowed white and became spinning along the base of the glove. Rays of light shot out taking out several creatures and Sikota engaged several more. A rather large creature dropped down in front of him, its eyes empty and evil. The cords shortened, stiffened, and sharpened. He threw his punch and the light cut through with little resistance. There was a loud roar in the distance. A familiar roar. "Oh no..."

Dante quietly chuckled at the response of this foolish woman. "You're doing nothing but further proving yourself as foolish. Do you truly believe a balance of light and darkness will end these senseless struggles? The balance will do nothing bur preserve the world. Even of there is no light, or no darkness, either way, it is the hearts of mankind that begin war and conflict. The forced that bind the world together have nothing to do with the conflicts and corruption of our world. As I said, to truly see, your eyes must be open to both light and darkness. All you are is a woman of darkness-- blind to the light and filled with misanthropy." Dante explained to the woman quite calmly before he sipped his warm tea again. "Ahhh...." Dante muttered with a delicious sensation. "Also, you are half-correct on that specific matter. With every light lies a shadow indeed. However, nothing ends with darkness, nor with light. Every shadow brings light, every light is shadowed, and forevermore. I sincerely hope your comrades are fairly sharper than you are, dear." Dante said and sipped his tea once more.

In the desert heat, Umtex paused his awful deeds to pray to an ancient deity of the same masters who taught him how to fight. The small boy calmly stepped into an old sandstone chapel and stepped onto a red carpet leading to an altar. A hesitant priest stepped out of his hiding place behind a pew. "Have... have you come to repent for your wrath...?" Umtex gracefully struck the poor man down with his katana before reaching the altar. Once he reached it, a low, unhuman voice growled to him.

 

"I am most pleased, my child," the demonic voice said. "You know who I am, but you and all your kin are unaware of my true nature." At that moment, the altar slid back and revealed descending sandstone steps that appeared to go on forever. "Come to me... to learn... the truth..." Umtex, though nervous, proceeded into the abyss.

Kidare launched a sonic blast at Umtex. "What's with all this chaos!" He smashed his fist into the side of the building. "These people don't need to die!" Debris began falling until the building became stable again. "Why don't I knock some sense into you."

Aerum Light house-

"They are Karai... Dark creatures brought from the abyss. The have been known to be extinct for several centuries but really the light houses were to bright for them to roam. The light destroyed them. All they need was one light house to go out. Aka made sure that the Terrea Lighthouse was turned off and now this one is my  duty. You can't stop us all....can you?"

 

Rustbourg-

The third shadowy figure from earlier appeared here. "Ah the Pyrus Lighthouse..... what a glorious light house....so different from the other three coast light houses. A flame ignites this light. " A grin stretches across his face. "Let blow it out!"

Aka grinned. "Let's!"

Umtex stepped to the side to avoid the blast quite calmly, and didn't even flinch or break his pace. After a few more steps, the child adjusted his sunglasses and white cape to ensure that his face was hidden. He then drew his katana and made fast slashes at the sandstone, expertly carving it away into a message:

 

" BEGONE "

 

He sheathed his katana, and at the same time, sand gushed in from the harsh words. The sand was violently surging like a sea does in a storm, and began to grasp Kidare's limbs. If he didn't think of something quick, Kidare's bones would be crushed by the straining sand! With that, Umtex dashed down the steps into darkness...

Jordan turned to find the exit when Melissa bumped into him. "Going somewhere, were you?" she asked. "Pfft. NO!" Jordan starting running away. "Not on my watch!" Two demonic arms stretched out of Melissa's back again. She grasped her Gun-blade and charged after Jordan. The two ran around houses until Jordan jumped off the edge and Melissa caught him with the demonic arms. "Y-You saved me!" Jordan exclaimed. He laughed nervously. Melissa dropped him into the water below. The hands slithered back into her body and she strolled away as if nothing happened.

 

 

Jordan swam to a small spot above the water part of Ezperanza Town. He climbed back up to the town slowly. He looked closely and headed into Aerum Lighthouse. Melissa eyed him and used her demonic arms again to lug him out. "What did I tell you about going there?" "Nothing..." Melissa slung him in top of a house. "Melissa! You know I'm scared of heights!" "I know." Melissa grinned and took off, the arms appearing to taunt Jordan as he whimpered helplessly.

Kidare iginited his arms and burned the sand to solidification and broke it away. He coughed up some extra dust. "Freak." He commented. He decided to leave, continue west, to the what's left of the lighthouse.

 

A giant red eyed beast burst from the water onto shore.

 

 

Looks like we've got a big one on our hands. Sikota went to engage the beast.
