Does anyone know what's the name of the music that appears in the ending of Final Fantasy XIII when Lightning meets her sister?

Ok,I just found out,in the japanese version it's Kimi Ga Irukara and in english it's My hands.

It's the main song of the game;

My hands by Leona Lewis!

I think.. I'm not that far yet;

but im pretty sure!

Japanese version:Kimi ga Irukara by Sayuri Sugawara

English Version: My Hands by Leona Lewis
