Mason-

Mason helped Boltin reach an apple on a tree. "This world...region must be saved," Mason said. "Jolt?" Boltin asked. "Boltin, we need some serious help." The two were in Twitin Town.

 

Boltin-Mason is always like this. I just don't know if this is the right thing. At least he keeps me well fed.

The man laughed. "Nope, sorry. Letting you go is not part of the plan. But I think another Electro Ball is. Jolt use Electro Ball on that weak girl and only her." The man said laughing. Jolt then followed orders sending an Electro Ball to the girl only.

"Cherubi!" Amelia screamed, the Pokemon jumping into the air. Its simple grin vanished as Cherubi was fried, falling to the ground unconscious. "I'm sorry, Cherubi..." Amelia apologized, returning her Pokemon to its ball. She the turned back to the man. "Look here, buddy. I don't know where you get off attacking young maidens, but I've had enough! I'm... calling my parents!" Amelia fumbled around her belt, dropping the Xtransciever in the process. "Right after I'm done dropping that." Amelia looked up (down?) at the device on the gorund, the knot in her stomach tightening. NOt only was this completely unjustified... but this whole spinning thing was making her sick...

 

Piplup, however, had taken notice to Boltin's situation. Piplup charged up to Liepard, spewing Bubbles into its face. Hopefully that would give Boltin enough time to recover...

Boltin-

I used Electro Web once again and I could move! The Liepard retreated into the mountain side. "It's not safe here.....like it used to be!" I mumbled under my breath.

Ruby popped out of the ground and looked elsewhere. "There's a problem! Amber I'm leaving this to you!" With that she ran off.

 

 

"Ruby!" Casy shouted. "Sorry, Cam, I'm gonna' have to leave this to you!" She ran after her Espeon.

 

 

Ruby eventually sensed the assailants. A Raichu. Ruby memorized their positions and dove under ground. "Dig!" She jumped out of the ground, hitting Raichu from below.

Piplup began flapping his flippers in excitement, hopping back and forth in place. 'Are you okay?' Piplup asked Boltin. 'Our friends need our help...' He suddenly became worried, moaning with concern.

Boltin-

"Yes. I am. Thank you!" Boltin searched the area for more intruders. "There are these pokemon that sneak attack us! I don't know if they're wild or...We must help them!" Boltin ran to help Mason.

"Oh well, I guess it's just you and me. Darkrai, return. It wouldn't be a fair fight if I used two Pokemon, now would it? All right. Metoctus, use Metal Sound!"

 

<Metoctus>

 

"Meteocccccccccccc"

"Amber, Dig!" Amber dove underground, avoiding the attack. After a slight pause, he popped out of the ground, striking Metoctus from below.

"I applaud your effort, but the result is inevitable in the end. Flash Cannon." The Flash Cannon came with surprising speed, hitting Amber square in the midsection.

"Oct!" How dare the impudent feline attack me! It shall feel the power of my wrath!

"Kyei!" Amber grunted with the impact. "Nice hit, but I've got type advantage!" He dove back underground.

 

 

"Surprised with the lack of communication?" Cameron asked. "Cas and I picked up some traits from an ancient type of trainer while in Ransei. Warriors. They are able to communicate with Pokémon on much deeper levels than the average trainer can. With Amber, we can communicate the deepest. Although... it's wierd, I can't hear Metoctus..." Amber attacked from below again.

"Metoctus, leap up into the air! Then aim Flash Cannon back at the ground! What do you mean, you can't 'hear' him?"

I'm ready this time. You won't damage me again. Not this battle. I know how you fight now.

Amber leapt out behind Neisan up towards Metoctus and used Faint Attack behind him.

 

"I can normally hear what a Pokémon has to say." Cameron began. "But this Pokémon, I can hear nothing but the natural sounds it's making. I can't understand what it's saying."

The man laughed more. "You just don't get it, do you? This body is being used by physic powers by order of Team Rocket. The dude you see before you has no free will and his Pokemon are only doing their job of what the trainer tells it to do. Now use Electro Ball one more time!" The man said as he was being controlled like a puppet on a string and the Pokemon obeyed.

"Oh no you don't!" Ruby shouted. "Psyshock!" Psychic spheres materialized around the Electro Ball and moved in on it, canceling it out. She then turned to the Raichu. "Hyper Beam!" A blast of highly concentrated energy was emitted from the Espeon's forehead at the Raichu.

Jolt tried to dodge it, but the attack came at it too fast. Jolt was knocked over by the blast and fell on top of the man. The man fell over and a small ear clip feel out of his ear. He was passed out along with his Pokemon.

Casy first notice the Piplup and the Joltik. She ran over "Are you okay?" She asked them worryingly.

"Perhaps that's because my Metoctus has a higher mind than you can comprehend. I feel you've taken enough damage, Metoctus. Use Recover. Then use Metal Sound."

That little brat of an Umbreon! The nerve it has. I. Will. End. This.

"Go, Amber! Giga Impact!"

 

 

"Take this you abomination!!" Amber shouted as it was engulfed in a powerful aura of pure, intense energy. He lunged. He blasted through the Metal Sound and hit Metoctus full on.

"Metoctus, you can take it. You're resistant. Use Recover. Now, full strength Flash Cannon! Get it while it's recharging!"

Over. Now.

The Metal Sound lowered his Special Defense, Amber was it full on. "Gyaah!!!" He was blasted back. He unable to get up.

 

"Amber!" Cameron ran over, he pulled out a Full Restore and sprayed the contents over his Pokémon. "You okay?"

 

"I should be fine... but I don't think I can take on that... thing." He replied.

 

"Get back." His trainer ordered as he reached for the hidden Master Ball in his bag. His grip relaxed and he turned toward the scientist. "Why don't we pick this up on Finale Island?" Cameron turned and went in the direction of his sister. Amber shot a glare at Metoctus and followed his master.

Neisan took out an Ultra Ball. "Metoctus, return. Well done. Hey, wait for me! Let me explain myself!" Neisan ran to catch up with Cameron.

"What do you have to say?" Cameron asked.

 

Amber moved closer to him. "I don't like this guy." He said.

 

"I agree."

Boltin-

I stopped in my tracks as some one came over. I used Wild Charge, and I crazily sped around the area, tuckering myself out.

"At the beginning of the battle, your sister called my Metoctus a 'thing'. I can assure you it is not. I am a scientist. I found the DNA Splicer after it was used in the Unova region. I'm sure you've heard of those events. I reduced the power level of the Splicer so that non-legendary Pokemon would be able to tolerate fusion. I captured a couple of Metagrosses, and Metoctus was the result. I am searching for other powerful Pokemon to fuse together. You haven't seen a Spiritomb anywhere, have you?" There was a glint in Neisan's eyes as he spoke of his experiment.

Casy gasped but couldn't help but chuckle. "It's okay" she said. "I mean no harm." She pulled out a Sitrus Berry and rolled it over to the Joltik. "My name is Casy. I'm a Warrior, so I can hear what you have to say."

 

 

"The last time I saw a Spiritomb was in Sinnoh." Cameron replied emotionlessly. "But if you're looking for one. I'd suggest looking for an Odd Keystone, and I'd assume you might be able to find one in the Danoha Desert... or not. The ever so rare Spiritomb might not even exist in place like this depending on how peaceful it's been. I know it worked similarly in Hoenn, at least before the... incident."
