Kingdom Hearts 3 is a landmark for the series. It ends one saga and starts another new one. The thing is, the series will end with the return of the true Kingdom Hearts in the story that Kairi's grandma tells. The story we hear in BbS and KH is prophecy of what is to come after Xehanort's end. Since the true Kingdom Hearts will return, how many games after Kingdom Hearts 3 do you think there will be before the series ends?

Or Kingdom Hearts returns to the RoL at the series very end.

 

I like to think, or at least hope, that the next saga won't be as long as this one and is more condensed. The only reason the Xehanort Saga is as long as it is is because of various problems it seen since its conception that should mostly be eliminated in the future. I want the next saga to be a true trilogy with maybe one side title.  

It might end at KHVI. 

They're gonna milk it like Final Fantasy, you can't put a number on it

Probably though I doubt it will go on for as long as FF but still for a good bit

 

Actually, in an interview, Nomura already has an outline of the series after Xehanort's end. I forgot which one though.

I meant in Chronological Order(I.E. the order in which the story goes in), not the order the games were released it. So it should be the way i had it.
