While I was looking at some pictures of the box of the game, I noticed it said and I quote "FOR JAPAN ONLY" now I'm no expert, but I am slightly concerned for those importers who paid $100+. I mean, it's there for a reason... And we know it's getting localized, so what's the deal? And just to note that I checked on my KH2FM and it also says "FOR JAPAN ONLY" plus KH2FM is region blocked.. SOOO what are your thoughts?

That means it's made for japan. The ps3 is region free though so it'll play it. We'll get an international version anyway so it doesn't really matter much.

The free shipping is two weeks with no tracking.  To get the 1-3 shipping it's over $15 which puts the price in the $90's range.  This is why I switched my order to NipponYasan.  They're selling it for $61 so with the fastest shipping it comes to $75

No. The developer chooses whether or not the game is region locked

The PS3 is region locked. But it will play all region free Blu-ray Discs.
