Ok well i don't know if this topic will be counted as a spoiler cuz the game has been out for a while and i'm a new member so i don't know when this site considers something not a spoiler anymore, but anyway.

 

We know from the end of KH3D that the X-Blade was split into 13 darknesses and 7 lights. Now from what we see in KHBBS Ventus and Vanitas actually had to fight in order to create the X-Blade so would that mean that the 13 darknesses need to fight the 7 Princesses of Heart? For that matter, from what i can gather(and Mickey as well i guess) the 13 Darknesses are supposed to be the new Organization XIII.

 

Can they really be counted as pure darkness? I know that Xehanort is evil, but he's not made of pure Darkness(well as far as we know). 

 

I also don't think that Xehanort putting a piece of his evil heart into 12 other people(minus the ones that are actual copies or other versions of him) actually makes them to be pure darkness either. 

 

Ventus and Vanitas were beings of pure Light and Darkness respectively(i know that they were forcibly separated, but they are pure light and darkness) so it would make sense that the 13 darknesses need to be made of pure darkness too.

@Topic They'll most likely have to battle the princesses or guardians of light to form the x-blade. And it's been quite some time since we've seen Xehanort in BBS. He could very well be pure darkness but I'm pretty sure he just needs 13 of himself to clash with the 7 guardians of light or princesses of heart.

Xehanort though is pure darkness. He didn't start that way but by the end of BBS, this guy was deffs darkness incarnate. 

Look at everything's he's caused and he has no signs of remorse. For God's sake, he is basically taking over bodies left and right. Once all 13 are accounted for, they will be pure darkness. As for the lights, the 7 princesses are already pure lights and the ending to 3D explains that even if the 13 darknesses fight the keyblade wielders they x-blade will still be formed since they are the defenders of the pure lights.

Taking into account that I doubt the Princesses of Light would just let 13 Xeha-farts kill them, I'm sure they would retaliate to save themselves; therefore, the X-blade would be created.  Not sure what to say about the rest of the topic though

but didn't Xehanort say in DDD that he wanted to make the X-Blade the right way? making 13 of himself to fight 7 people is basically just the same thing as making Ventus and Vanitas fight it out imo, just with more ppl

actually thats a good point lol, Ventus and Vanitas had to be at about the same power to make a X-Blade, but seeing as we can't actually tell how strong the Princesses are they could very well create a X-Blade

I agree that it is pretty much the same but with more people. That's why I think they'll either fight the seven Poh or the Seven guardians of light.

it would make sense in kh3 that there would be 6 more lights to discover

then there would be 13 lights vs 13 darks to make it balanced dont you think?
