The Elder Tree. It has been a fable in every town and land--including yours. A massive tree that rises above the clouds, and rests on the tallest mountain. Many call it a myth, as no one has ever reached the top of the mountain that is said to hold this tree.

Of course, many have tried to reach the top. No one has returned alive.

But what would make such a tree so interesting, besides the bragging rights? It is what is called the Grand Fig. A golden fruit that when split into five parts, grants one wish per part.

This fruit, this Grand Fig, has spurred generations of adventurers to search for it. This is where you come in. You and three others have
come together to search for this fruit, and grant your wish.

Another explanation of the battle system:

Battles, like early Final Fantasy games, are generally split into two phases. The Enemy phase, and the Player phase. In the player phase, you would state your action, and the Enemy phase shows the outcomes of those actions, along with the enemies' response.

For example, say if you attack an enemy. (This is where stats take place) You 'roll' a 5/10, but your strength is 2, and the enemies' defense is 1. (Enemy stats are based upon the ones in Final Fantasy III) So the attack would be 6, and the damage would translate accordingly.

If you need a better explanation, speak to me about it.

You all start In Initia Town, where you can all converse and get to learn about one another before the real quest begins. The town has only two notable features: A tavern and an Inn.

"Mmph." Silver murmured, his eyes blinking a few times as he began to wake up. He had fallen asleep on a bar stool within Initia Town's Tavern. Again.

"Did I fall asleep..?" He muttered to himself, looking around the place. Slowly it came back to him-- he had arrived in town not too long ago for some quest, and then he quickly found himself unconscious in a shady tavern. "My head hurts like...gah..." Silver complained rubbing his forehead as pain quickly took over. He looked to the red marking on his arm, glancing at it once before looking away.

"Best word to describe me would have to be a ninja. Fast, stealthy, and strong. Lacking the defense though." Assyria said, before Tactus ended the conversation abruptly. 'Fine.' she thought to herself. Assyria drank the rest of her cider quickly, and stood. She grabbed her dagger off the bar, and sheathed it. Assyria followed behind Tactus towards the door.

"Fine for me", Evan said as he walked outside the door with his lance in had. -Soon... Soon I´ll get it... Well the good thing... I´m not gonna be alone all the way- He thought. Going out he took a look  at the way to the town´s exit, and the start of their journey.

Derik went up the stares of the bar, because it had an inn attached onto it, grabbed his sword, and walked out, Assyria

Lea slid money on to the bar. She gave a little smile. "Okay, wherever everyone is ready." She said.

She looked at the groups. "We all need the fig, right?" She asked.

"I think we've got that down." Silver said, calming himself down a bit. He clutched his head, another headache setting in. It soon subsided, but it left him feeling sick.

"When everyone's all set, let's hurry this up. I'd rather not get there at night....."

Evan checked once mere his bag.. he has around two potions, one phoenix down and 3 antidotes. With that he was safe for himself, but now in agroup, that wasn´t enough. "Mmmm maybe in the next town.... we haven´t a properly healer so... " He thought for himself as he walked at Silver, then he noticed him clutching his head.... (Mmmm what happens to him?).. "Well... ready to go" Evan said.

Derik handed Evan a pill, and a note to give to silver reading "Take the pill. It helps with hang overs. I'm going to pick up some medicine from my home so that we have a little bit to heal ourselves with. Don't head out without me."

(+9999 HP.)

SIlver smiled gratefully. "Thanks." He said aloud, hoping the headache wouldn't bother him for too long. "Well, I say we just stick around for a bit...maybe...two..three hours? I don't know, whenever everyone's all set, we can head off." Silver said, not really liking the sudden leadership duty he had been taking.

"But..uh, if anyone would like to 'lead' our little rag-tag group, that would be great." Silver looked to those assembled, trying to see if anyone was interested in the job. If not, I guess I'll do it for now.

"I'll do it!" Lea said.

She smiled. "My ma always did say I could lead an army." She said.

"Sorry,if that's too much." She said.
