Because that is the only place that they can use over and over again without reaching the end of the story. The hercules movie basically ended with Hades being defeated but not killed. So since the main bad guy of the world never died in the movie it is based off of they can keep using the world. But i am not complaining as the olympus coliseum is one of my favorite worlds.

Me too and thanks.

Plus Olympus is the most visited world in the KH universe with its tournaments. I would want to continue fighting in the Colosseum in the next KH

Well I saw an online poll of people's favorite places--Olympus Coliseum was voted most favorite. I personnaly like Twilight Town and Wonderland best, but I guess it's a matter of opinion. Also I think a lot of hte missions at the Coliseum are harder, and I guess harder's better, right?
