"So what's the point of making me read this?" Amelia said regarding to a book on myths Tichelli made her examine.

"Oh nothing, just to pass time," he said sarcastically, " Amelia, i'm trying to work, dont ask stupid questions."

Amelia let out a big sigh and layed on her back reading the book. The book was about lycanthropes, she noticed Tichelli had recently gone obssesed with them since the trials started but he never really told her his reasoning behind the matter. Everything seemed so strange dueing the course of the past week. The random shots they had some teenagers get and then the virus. What next?

"Ah, thats exactly what we need," Tichelli said suddenly, "we need more volunteers! Amelia.." he turned to her.

"i'll see if people around the area want to try." she said as Tichelli smiled and she got to her feet.

Kira woke up by the loud alarm clock going off she yawned then stretched "What time is it?" She was about to look at the clock and remembered that she couldn't see "Oh, I forgot..." sometimes she wakes up and keeps forgetting the same thing. Kira shook her head and headed to the closet to put some clothes on, just because she couldn't see see doesn't mean she didn't know where to go or what to pick up or whatever. She walked downstairs to her mother's presence "Mom im going out for my daily walk, i'll be back soon!" Kira's mother Kiru nodded "Okay, stay safe honey, you know what to do if you need me" Kira headed to the door and said "Yes mom!" She left out the house.

 

"Kira!" 'Lemme guess... Maria' one of her friends Maria ran up to her and giggled "I knew I would find you here Kira!"

"Yeah its obvious its the only place im familiar with this and home I guess" Kira let out a nervous chuckle and continued talking to Maria on this beautiful day

(So, it all starts before we volunteer?? Sorry, just wanna be sure before I post)

Amelia straightened our her glasses. School was currently closed due to the virus.

"How do i get people to volunteer for this? 'Hey can my friend test on you for the virus?' Yeah Amelia people would so think you're sane." She said to herself and she looked around the school. No one really came out of their houses as much as they use to in fear the virus was airborne. Amelia headed towards the local food market to stop for some food for herself and Tichelli since she had obviously had gotten no sucess and had to apologize for that somehow.

Kerri wheeled herself down the sidewalk, looking determined to cover up how scared she was. This virus that hit town had already killed people and now her best friend was showing signs of it.

She set her jaw to keep from having an emotional outburst, and applied more force to the wheels. She needed a plan. Something to at the very least make her feel like she was doing something. Otherwise she would just be useless, and she couldn't stand that.

"Think, Kerri." she thought to herself. "There's gotta be something I can do?"

Two thoughts struck her as she wheeled on. One was that she might look through books to see if there was some home grown remedies she could try on her friend, but that was a long shot.

The other was that she had heard someone was working on the virus, trying to figure a vaccine.

Kerri came to a halt as she racked her brain for who and where this person might be. She remembered a small newspaper article on a Michael Tichelli. That was where she would start. She started powering her wheelchair forward with increased vigor, with just a hint of frantic.

"So did you hear about the vaccine their trying to make for the virus?" Maria looked at Kira and put on a small smile

"Nope but I dont care about that right now... Unless me or my mom gets affected then im alright!" Kira let out big sigh then shook her head. Maria crossed her arms and put on a frown "Your so mean sometimes, you know that Kira?" She nodded leading with a chuckle "Yep I know haha!" Maria let out her own sigh and got up "Welp I should be going! Bye Kira talk to ya later!" with that the girl ran off in the opposite direction.

 

Kira started back walking again down the street.

Kerri was rolling along, not really paying too much attention to her surroundings. Wrapped up in her thoughts, she nearly hit Kira.

"Whoa!" Kerri exclaimed, swerving her wheelchair to miss the other girl. "Sorry."

She got back on course and kept going.

"Sorry? What for?" She thought to herself "Who was that?" Kira just shrugged it off and kept walking to forward. Moments later her stomach started growling louder and louder by each passing minute "Man I forgot to eat before I left the house!" she said as she held her stomach and ran to the nearest food stand "Need something to eat!" her sixth sense was working pretty good for her but still she wanted to be able to see and smell again.

Duke Nukem sits on his front porch sipping tea and reading fanfic of himself on an ipad. Suddenly he gets an email from the president ", Duke, we urgently need you to take care of two prime suspects in japan. We have intelligence that suggests they have been cooperating with the Cycloid's and they must be dealt with. Your payment is the usual, we have a plane waiting for you at the airport."

 

Duke set the ipad down and stared up at the sky contemplating his life "They don't pay me enough for this shit," he said. Then Duke gathered his things and took off to the airport in his monster truck man-mobile.

Panting from running almost felt like two miles Kira made it somewhere to grab a quick bite and get out of there "Man I hope this line ain't to long!" She said to herself as she entered the line but it sound like more than enough people there anyway "Man..." is al Kira could say

Kerri finally found the address she seemed to remember from the articul. She held still and took several deep breaths. She wasn't gonna show weakness to anybody here.

After a few moments centering herself, she rolled forward and knocked on the door.

Amelia was sitting on the floor hoping not to get into any trouble as Tichelli continued on. She heard knocking on the door.

"Amelia! Quit tapping on the floor!" he said frustrated.

Amelia sighed, "its the door. i'll get it." she got up and unlocked the door. She saw a young girl around her age in a wheel chair.

"Hey, can i help you?" she said to the girl.

 

(yes, thewaffleninja next post better be somewhat related to the topic or i'll have to ask you to stop participating in this roleplay.)

Kerri looked Amelia up and down.

"I'm guessing your not a Michael Tichelli, right?" she asked.

She stuck out a hand.

"I'm Kerri Thompson. I was hoping to have a word with Tichelli."

She shook her hand, "Amelia," she paused, "Tichelli." She let out a slight laugh, "No, im not Tichelli, but he's here come on in." She said standing aside and letting Kerri pass inside.

"Amelia did you get the door, you-" Tichelli said stopping he looked at Kerri, "Why hello, Michael Tichelli." he said with a smile as he extended a hand towards her.

Jason has been living in his own personal hell for the week.  He has just been laying on a stretcher awake but not being able to do anything.  He was pissed off because no one was doing anything to help.  All they did was give him an injection.   Jason then saw this nurse come in.  She came in with a clipboard.  

 

"Hello Jason.  How are you feeling today?"  Nurse Nancy asked

 

"Well I'm not feeling anything if that answers your question."  Jason said with attitude.  He then let out a sigh "I'm sorry I'm not trying to be rude.  I just can't believe this happened."Nancy let out a small smile  "Its okay Jason I understand that you're going through a lot"Jason then looked at her and wanted to reach out to her.  His arm then came up a bit and just dropped.  Nancy grinned with excitement  "It's working!!"  She said smiling.

Kerri took Tichelli's hand with a little more force than necessary, but it was either that or tremble.

"Mr. Tichelli." she greeted. "My name is Kerri Thompson and I've come here to see how your research is going."

She maintained a business like face while fighting back the urge to beg to know if a cure was done yet.

Tichelli scratched his head, "Ah. My research huh? About the recent virus?" he said walking over to a chalk board he had with scribbled words all over. "I'm afraid, i've had a slight block in my research," he said looking at Amelia, "there is no cure, but i have seen many things."

Amelia sat on the floor and continued to open up the book Tichelli asked her to finished reading.

"So Kerri is it? Why have you come to ask of my research? Has one of your loved ones been infected?"

Jason then rolled out of the bed and then fell on the floor.  "You might want to slow down.  We don't know how much you can do yet."  Nurse Nancy said as other Doctors were notified to come see that the vaccine worked.  Then randomly the guy from the football came up to his room pointing the gun at him again.  

 

"You don't hit my boys.  You just get out of their way.   No its time to finish my job I started."  The kid said cocking his gun and aiming it at Jason's head.  The nurses creamed but there wasn't anything she could do.  "Shut up!"   The kid yelled hitting Nancy with the gun knocking her out.   Jason then felt adrenaline rush over him.  He quickly pushed up with his hands making him land on his feet.   He then grabbed the kid by his throat and slammed him against the wall.   Jason then threw him on the ground and got ontop of him laying multiple punches into his head.   The kid stopped moving but was still breathing.  Jason really had the urge to just kill him there but he couldn't.  That wouldn't make him any better.

 

Jason then looked back to see some nurses and doctors in shock and writing in their clipboard.  They then gave Jason another injection of some sedative to knock him out.  

 

Jason woke up and he was strapped to a chair with a Television in front of him.  It turned on and he saw the security feed from the room.  He saw Nancy get hit and then watched and within the time it took him to blink Jason had the guy pinned against the wall.  It was unnaturally fast and strong.  The guy was dangling in the air against the wall.  "What is this?" Jason said in shock.  "This can't be real"

Kira left from the food stand not hungry anymore, she was walking back home thinking about the virus and some her friends had gotten affected "Maybe... I should check it out, for the sake of my friends..." she took out her phone, the only number she calls is her mom because she could remember where the one button was before she was blind, Kira pressed one to speed dial her mom "Hello? Hey can you pick me up? I need to go somewhere, okay bye"

 

After about a half hour or so her mom finally came, Kira got into the car and her mom asked "Where do you need to go?" Kira scratched her head trying to remember "Oh! You know Mr. Tichelli?"

her mom nodded "Yea the one that was working on a cure for the virus?"

"Yes, I need to get there asap"

"Okie dokie then Kira. we're not that far away either"

Twenty minutes later they arrived at their destination "Alright, do you need me to stay out here until your ready?"

Kira nodded "Yep" she got out, she was a little bit nervous but didn't show it, Kira knocked on the door and waited for an answer.

(I dont wanna be a joy killer or anything because im not but you cannot control Mr. Tichelli unless you had permission from the head of this rp)

(Yeah... no.  Its like you haven't read the rp.  This is why I don't like unoriginal characters in original rps.)

(I just don't see the point of having Duke Nukem in this RP)

(No we're talking about, you controlling Tichelli meaning in your post you are talking for him and doing actions, which your not supposed to do unless the person who plays as the character lets you and you should make a original character becuase it doesnt seem right if there is a unoriginal character in an original rp so you can actually get into the story of the rp with your own character and not try to do Duke Nukem stuff on here and mess it up instead)
