Hey everyone, how's it going?  You know, I've always held Inuyasha in high regard, and I've always loved this anime ever since I first saw it way back during my childhood days.  Although when I was a child I didn't understand a thing, now I understand this anime more now, and I want to offer my opinion on this excellent anime.  To me, this will always be a favorite anime of mine because of the powerful message it evokes.  This anime touches on the delicate themes of relationships, and how hard it can be to maintain a relationship with a loved one, but, once you surpass the trials that you have to face, it's all worth it.  The anime also emphasizes the importance of friendship, and the importance of finding yourself.  The voice cast of the anime is excellent, and my favorite characters are undoubtedly Sesshomaru, Inuyasha, Kagome, Sango, Jaken, Rin, and many others.  I haven't finished seeing the whole anime yet (I'm on Season 6, so don't spoil anything for me!) but I've seen so much of it that I've analyzed it deeply.  Also, the opening and ending theme songs are excellent, offering a person much to think about long after the credits roll.  I compare my relationship with my Dearly Beloved girlfriend Inori to that of Inuyasha and Kagome, because we are similar in that regard.  It's something that makes me smile.  And well, that's my opinion on this amazing anime.  So, for those who have seen Inuyasha, what do you think of it? :)

To be honest, I've never watched any episode of Inuyasha, many people disregard it for having so many episodes, some others shows disapproval of Inuyasha because they simply find it annoying or diss it for many useless reasons.

But reading your posts, i might as well consider watching it.

One more thing to say. I've seen many of this "Importance Of Friendship" animes, But i never really shook before sad scenes or romantic episodes, if you do, you're simply showing how weak your personality is, animes are made by humans, just like video games, and the animated images you're watching aren't or to be more precise wouldn't happen IRL, if you keep that in mind, no anime would effect you mentally, there's many people who'd overdo it and start crying for mere sad scenes, or gives blank expressions over suprising change of events, but if you consider those are just visual novels with no relation to reality, you'll find it extremely stupid.. w_w

Back when I was a wee little hedgehog I stayed up late at night just to watch that show. I haven't seen it in years but I do remember a good bit of it. Imo it was a pretty great show. I have never seen every episode, probably only a fourth of them but I still found it enjoyable.

I thought it was a good show, even when I didn't understand it. I too would stay up into the early hours of the morning to watch it. The show's action and humor was what got me in. Shippo was my favorite character.

InuYasha was on when I started to indulge in the content that Toonami had to offer back in the day. It didn't really interest me back then, as I was preoccupied with other series like Yu Yu and Kenshin. However, after the series restarted on the new Toonami run for the billionth time, lol, and some nudges from my girl friend, I decided to give the show a gander. I'm really digging the series so far. :)
